love every part of this hotel, during all my hop on and hop off hotels this past years, this Gumaya hotel has met a good standard in most of aspects, especially the breakfast. im so suprised find hotel that the breakfast food taste delicious in all the stalls (usually will be too salty, too bland or just bleh..) but at gumaya, we are like travelling to each own traditional food restaurant, the authentic gudeg, the very nice lumpia and ikan bandeng, the warm soto ayam semarang and the homemade jamu and juices. all is excellent.

Good room, breakfast, service, and access. Maybe, you can increase the lighting on the room, it's little bit too dark I think. But overall, it's a good job! 👍

Booked this IXO Hotel as I like new hotels. A short easy walk from Semarang Poncol Train Station. I like their colorful decorations a lot. Good hot water to shower. The small face basin is not a concern, but they have a small shelf above it, under the mirror, to place the 2 toothpaste sets, and it is hard to brush my teeth. Hard to aim my mouth above the shelf and not to splash water onto the shelf. Great staff. Modern decoration. They have snacks and instant foods to sell at Lobby. Guests can get boiling water and cold water from the machine there. Very clean floor in room 105 but the shower room needs a brush with cleaning liquid. Old towels. Good bed linen. My room is a few steps from Reception so I didn’t use the elevator. Room has 2 bottles of water, 2 toothbrush sets and wall mounted shower gel bottle. Can borrow cups from Reception to make our own tea. They don’t give tea nor coffee in room. Only 2 outlets to charge the phones: bed head shelf and under the clothes hanging hook. They manage to have a tv and mirror in room in a very well appointed place. Good design to make use of every corner in a tiny room. Windows can be opened.

Had a little problem when checking in as im booked the studio 30 room since 2 weeks before even paid 900 thousand more than a cousin who booked the hotel 2 days before but when im checking in they said my booking is studio 25 not knowing that Trip.com using 3rd and 4th party for the booking causing misunderstanding and thus i had to wait for 1 hour with babies crying. Luckily the problem solved but that is one of the worst experience booking with trip.com. Still, i will give them chance again as theyre fixing the problem and give small gesture for apologizing

Staff all very friendly. They give me surprised on my birthday. Thank you very much to management. Breakfast also variety and delicious 😋😋😋. Location nearby Pasar Djohar. Walking distance to Queen city mall. Will stay here again if in Semarang.

It’s my first stay in Louise Kienne Pemuda. I love the fact that it is located in the centre of the city and it is literally next to a shopping mall, only 2 minutes walk, I can actually see the mall through my hotel window. The lobby was clean, the security guard was very respectful, the front desk lady was helpful, I requested room on the high floor and they provided me with my request. The roof top pool is probably what makes this hotel so famous, at night, you can view the whole Semarang city. The house keeping staff was also helpful. Their breakfast is mostly Indonesian and very few western choices. Not my best breakfast experience but overall I am not complaining because they perform good service.

The room is big.. and the type for traveler with friends.. we can use the place for 3-4 people
