MMichael KnutDas Hotel hat im Vergleich zu meinem letzten Besuch einige Fortschritte gemacht. es wurde bei mir ein Late Check Out angeboten, und ein Upgrade in ein Studio gegeben. Leider gibt immer noch keine Wegweiser auf den einzelnen Etagen was die Orientierung weiterhin erschwert. Die Zimmer sind hochmodern. Das Hotel sind in gewissen Bereichen nach Baustelle aus. der Fernseher funktioniert jetzt auch. Positiv zu erwähnen ist die Minibar welche im Preis inklusive ist. Außerdem haben die Aufzüge funktioniert

MMichael KnutDer Check in war freundlich, leider wusste man beim Check in nicht, das ich schon öfter da war und als Stammgast eingetragen wurde. Das Zimmer an sich war wie immer sauber. Die Lage an der Altstadt macht das Ganze sehr laut.

MMichael KnutDer Roomaccess ging problemlos. Schönes Apartment mit Küchenzeile, und geräumigen Wohnraum und Badezimmer. Kritikpunkte, es könnte mal neu gestrichen werden und wenn man duscht ist das ganze Badezimmer nass da der Duschvorhqng das Wasser nicht komplett abfängt. Alles im allen ein gutes Zimmer welches man ohne Bedenken buchen kann wenn der Preis stimmt

LLisa1995Location is good in order to reach the Messe in Duesseldorf and with good price. Parking was crowded but you can find in the area at walking distance.
Rooms are nice, Breakfast is simple but complete, good tasty bread, no cakes or croissants. Maybe some fresh ham could be added or a variety of yogurts.
Reception is not always open but you can check in late or check out early, just inform them.
Staff is very nice, ready to listen and doing the very best to assist.
The are restaurants at walking distance and you can reach the city center, old town, in 10 minutes by car.
