No complimentary water available at the room, no kettle and or coffee. Just a plain room. For a person who don't have a car, it is far away from the city. But it's okay if you just need to sleep there!

The rooms are clean and tidy, but they look different in the pictures. A neighboring apartment building has a direct view into the window, and the elevator is broken.

The floor wasn't cleaned. There were hairs on the bathroom fixtures. Very thin walls and therefore very noisy. The elevator didn't work. Check-in had to be done at another hotel, but this wasn't communicated beforehand, making everything very chaotic! At check-in, we were told the breakfast buffet was available until 1 p.m., but that wasn't true!

...if I can recommend one hotel, it's another. After complaining, I stayed at the Elisenhof. The Elisenhof is the complete opposite of the Hotel Freiraum. Good rooms, friendly staff, delicious breakfast.!!!
