We had a wonderful trip. The hotel was clean and tidy. The staff were very kind and friendly! On the last day, I was very sick, and the receptionist gave me fresh lemon and mint to make this tea with honey. That really helped a lot. Ich bin Ihnen dafür sehr dankbar!

The room is nice, there is parking, conference center, restaurant. It is close to Dortmund University, with subway and bus, and it is safe, but there is nothing to visit around.

Good location and friendly reception. room was huge with a very nice balcony.

Great place, easy to find and close to centrum. They have no parking, but there are enough parking places nearby. All day access to coffee or tea and an extensive breakfast, lots of choices and fresh. Only downside was that the roof bar is closed in winter time temporarily They have an elevator .

The hotel is a bit out of the way, with not much to see nearby. But having a car shouldn't be a problem. The rooms and facilities are decent, and the restaurant is okay too. It's a good choice for business travelers in the area.

The hotel is close to the BVB Dortmund Stadium, which was our main target the 2 nights of our stay in Dortmund. Good service and warm welcome. Simple but great breakfast.

While checking out this morning the manager at the hotel said the credit card Trip.com provided kept getting declined, so we were forced to pay twice. While I understand there was an issue with the trip.com payment, this should be handled by the hotel and the booking service. Or they should have alerted me earlier during my stay and not while I was about to check out with a travel connection that was close to being missed. Instead of public transport I had to spend 25 euro on a taxi to get to the train station.

The room was very clean and well-equipped. However, the walls could use a fresh coat of paint. The breakfast was decent. I would stay there again.
