ZZhangxiaomeixiaomeiWe arrived at 11 o'clock in the evening, and there was a little brother waiting for us. The suite in the room was great. But there is a German aunt at the front desk. Great murder, we went to dinner in the morning, said that there was no reservation for children, shouting at the restaurant. When I checked out, I went to pay the bill. I had to say that the four of us had charged us 200 euros. In fact, we had two adults with a 12-year-old child. After I explained to her, she changed the fee, but she had a bad attitude. We were in-house guests and were not enemies. This hotel is the best hotel in the town, there is such a front desk, sorry!

GGuest UserNew hotel, very comfortable. Unfortunately, if the restaurant of a big hotel serves breakfast. Most of the people who come here are traveling by car. The whole day of travel is tired and they are unwilling to go out to find a restaurant to eat. But because this hotel restaurant is not served for dinner, there are some regrets.

XXIAThe parking lot that comes with it has very few parking spaces, and the front desk staff suggested that we park in the nearby parking lot for a fee of 2 euros. There was a bed that could be opened on the wall behind the sofa. We booked two beds when we booked, but the hotel forgot to put the bed in place. The staff was asked to operate and the staff apologized. Breakfast is quite rich. Luggage can be stored at the front desk. At the time of check-out, the staff must provide us with an English version of the proof of payment, but Ctrip is only Chinese, and the Ctrip website is replaced with the Chinese language. I have been working on this for a long time! Isn't the entire process Ctrip not agreed with the hotel? A lot of wasted time.

GGuest User非常典型的商業化、無人服務公寓。房間很大，靠近莫澤河邊，各種烹飪、晾曬設備都有，適合家庭居住，推薦陽台房！
兩個大問題：1.很難找，因為幾乎沒有臨街的招牌，以至於我們就在酒店50米範圍內問了很多人，都不知道，實際很靠近旁邊的假期快捷。2.無人值守。過了11點就會自動鎖門了，因此沒法存行李，衹適合過夜或是連住兩晚。

11001sVery nice front desk staff gave restaurant recommendations and advice on transport. Updated bathroom was a pleasant surprise. It’s a bit of a walk on cobblestone paths if you arrive by bus or train, so keep that in mind when travelling with a heavy suitcase or multiple bags. Some rooms are accessed via a small flight of stairs and have windows that open out to a noisy alley.

GGuest UserThis hotel is located on the opposite side of the rail tracks, Hbf, or the Altstadt, making there will be challenging for those don't like 15mins walking, and especially if you have a lot of luggages or if it's raining/snowing. Maybe it's catered for tour groups or people driving. My room is located on the ground floor, which looks on the plan are mostly the wheelchair accessible rooms (shower toilet bigger than the bedroom). Not much amenities so be sustainable and bring your own. Self-service buffet, not luxury, but adequate for the day. Staff are polite and helpful.

吴吴For the second stay, the hotel is on the edge of the Roman bridge, belonging to Trier slightly off the main city, but close to Marx's former residence. Around to eat about 500m, the hotel's breakfast is OK, here are bread ham and sausage, mainly to see if you eat.
