TTimo99The rooms are exceptionally clean and modernly furnished. They offer everything you need for an extended stay (fully equipped kitchen, large flat-screen TV). The staff is very friendly. There are absolutely no complaints.

GGuest UserFirst and foremost, I'd like to commend the exceptional friendliness of the staff throughout the entire hotel; it was truly wonderful. The room itself was acceptable. However, as we were traveling with a dog, the room's location wasn't ideal. It's perfectly understandable and a good policy to place guests with dogs on the ground floor in non-carpeted rooms. The main drawback was that a public footpath ran directly past our windows.
The windows could only be opened fully, not tilted. This meant that for both privacy/security and practical reasons, we couldn't leave them open overnight. As a result, the room became very warm. The pillows were incredibly firm and overstuffed, practically guaranteeing a stiff neck while sleeping. We even resorted to borrowing pillows from friends.
Despite these issues, which mean we won't be returning, I would certainly recommend this hotel for guests not traveling with a dog.

GGuest UserPerfect hotel! The room was spotless and very welcoming. Staff were friendly especially reception. They have accommodated our special requests as we were travelling with child with Autism. The balcony doors are lockable and they have shutters which is additional safety feature travelling with curious children. Beds were very comfortable and room quite large. Will definitely book again in future.

NnxswaQuite a good hostel for this price. The room was fairly clean. The rooms are very small, but I think that’s normal for a hostel. The staff are friendly. It can be noisy in the evening, but it was quiet at night. On the first floor there are small lounge areas where you can play table football. There is also a coffee vending machine and free hot water. The location is very convenient.

GGuest UserThe location is excellent. It's right across from a pedestrian street, so finding places to eat is incredibly convenient. It's also just a short walk from the main train station. Plus, with the subway station directly opposite, getting anywhere is a breeze.

IIlya_travelGood hotel, there was a fridge and a safe in the room. Less than 5 minutes to the historical center and the train station. There is nothing to do in Dortmund itself, you can only go to football and that's it.

KKandeyClose to the main station about 7 minutes walk. Secure at night and sometimes offer late check outs when it’s not too busy for those with very late flights which is one of the main reasons why I keep going back. A bit out dated on the decor but it’s ok for the price.
