"The hotel was aesthetically pleasing and well-maintained, with good services including breakfast and complimentary snacks. Staff were extremely helpful and polite, and a member of staff was on hand at reception to check me in even though I arrived late in the evening. My room was huge and amazing value, and was set up for me beautifully. The location, while not central in Mainz, was reasonably well-connected to the city centre via public transport -- the bus stop was a ten-minute walk downhill from the hotel through very pretty neighbourhoods with regional charm."

"Can’t complain about anything, everything was great! Staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel room was spacious, with a nice view and good working airconditioning/ventilation. The breakfast buffet had enough options. And sitting right next to the Rhine river makes it extra special."

"It is a very new hotel. The wet and dry bathrooms are separated and you can use the bathroom separately. The style is industrial style. The breakfast is also good and rich. It is very peaceful with a view of the Rhine River. Find a location nearby. 20 euros a night is too expensive."

"The location is a bit remote, about a 15-minute walk from the tram. The owner is very nice, and the single rooms at the B&B Hotel are spacious enough, so space is never a problem."

"The hotel chain is all located near train station and we trust the brand. That's the reason we chose this hotel. This one is about 10 minutes walk from Mainz train station. Very easy for travelling. It's also within walking distance to the old town where there are few Christmas markets - all about 20 minutes' walk. The room is spacious and clean. The bathroom has enough hooks and rails for towels and clothes. Staff are very friendly. In general, the Germans are hospitable and friendly to foreigners."

"There are many shops and restaurants of all sizes near this hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and there is free sparkling water. The breakfast has rich choices. The only regret may be that the hotel is on the waterway, and you can hear it faintly even with the windows closed, but of course it is okay late at night."

Location: very close to decathlon, shopping area, there’s mcdonald across from the hotel. But the hotel itself is surrounded by trees and there’s a green area. Very close to a bus station, from where you can get to the city’s old town.

LLUOThe hotel is a bit of old but well maintained. It’s not in the city center but has a few restaurants around. It’s in a quiet neighborhood. However, the refrigerator did make a lot of noise in my room. Other than that, everything is good.
