Hotels near Haus Auensee, Leipzig

"We were going to a gig at the nearby Haus Ansee and this was the closest hotel. Wonderful receptionist on Sat and Sunday morning who was so helpful! We managed to check in early(not guaranteed)and the room was lovely and comfortable. The parking garage for our hire car worked well and we left it when we got the tram into town. Cannot fault the breakfast at all and just generally all the service we received. Nothing not to like except I miss a tea/coffee tray but maybe this isn’t something that happens in bc Grr we nan hotels. Don’t hesitate….value for money! Picture is of the tram…5-6 mins walk and approx 20 mins into centre of town every 15 minutes ish"

"Overall good. Large room. Tidy bathroom. Good breakfast."

"I liked that the room was decorated with pictures, magazines and everything related to art."

"The location isn't exactly beautiful, BUT! The friendliness and service more than make up for it. Getting around by car is no problem, especially since there's plenty of free parking nearby."

"Great hotel, next to the train station. Very clean, best smelling linen so far. The breakfast buffet was huge and very tasty, the staff was very helpful. Great experience overall."

"We are lucky to be moved to Hyperion instead, also under the H hotel group. I cant comment on H2 thus. Hyperion hotel is awesome by the way. And for the price is totally worth it. It has every aspect of a 5 star but the rate is so reasonable. The room is clean, fit with many amentities and breakfast spread is terrific! I will definitely top up a bit more in my next visit to Germany to stay in Hyperion instead"

"The staff were again the absolute best I've encountered in a long time. Top notch friendliness, and attentive. Always ready to assist in a human way, rather than throwing the rule book at you. Comfortable bed and spotless bathroom as always."

"a nice stay with enough privacy, very good location, clean rooms and also attractive common rooms/lounge areas…"

"Basic, clean and efficient. While close to the train station, the location is down a bland, industrial looking street. The lobby is very modern and nice and the staff are wonderful."

"The service is impeccable. Though I was surprised that the room was only half done by the time I checked in and open the door for the first time. I contacted front desk staff. Housekeeping came in 20min. He finished tidying up and send me a welcome plate of assorted sweets in half an hour as an apology. This delayed my plan a bit but I'm glad it's fixed. The room is spacious, warm, and up to its usual standard. The bed is comfortable. Breakfast is tasty with enough to choose from. Will surely consider it again if I come Leipzig next time."
