AAnonymous UserThe worker at the check in was very intrusive with his questions. Asking why are we checking in when we’re just living in Regensburg, as if we’re not allowed to stay at a hotel just because we live in Regensburg. Told us there was no parking available anywhere in their hotel so we had to find a parking on the streets which was very hard to find. Room was very clean though.

ZZhuyuxixiHotel location is good, very quiet, room facilities are very good, the outside environment is quite beautiful, walking to the Danube River is also about ten minutes, breakfast is very rich, tastes good, the hotel is good value for money, it is recommended!

GGuest UserSehr reichhaltiges und gutes Frühstück. Einmal haben wir eine Nachreinigung angeregt, da schon beim Einzug größere Flusen am Boden waren und auch noch nach der Reinigung am nächsten Tag. Vorhänge in den Zimmern sollen bald ausgewechselt werden, unser Vorhang war nicht so sauber. Zwei von drei Strahler im Bad defekt, mehrere auch im Flur Nordseite. Anscheinend neueres Thermostat im Zimmer, vom alten sind noch die Umrisse auf der Wand und die Bohrlöcher mit Dübel zu sehen. Glasabtrennung auf der Badewanne viele zu kurz, man muß sich in die Ecke drängen, den Wasserdurck reduzieren um nicht das Bad zu überschwemmen. Flecken an den Wänden im Bad und Zimmer und ein Wasserfleck mit ca. 30 cm Durchmesser auf dem Teppichboden. Holzimitationsfolie auf dem Schreibtisch oder Nachttisch wirft große Blasen. Wir haben über Trip.com sehr, sehr günstig übernachtet. VIER STERNE, na ja.

SSimoneWe were very prematurely received and the service was excellent. Better really can't. If we come back to Regensburg, we will definitely come back.
Otherwise note : there is a deep garage and other parking facilities, including loading stations for e-cars. A lift is available, seating options (particularly for smokers interesting) in the outer area, everything top clean and stylishly furnished. Can only recommend 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

ZZHENYUThis is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. The surrounding traffic environment is also good. The breakfast at the hotel is very good. The hotel facilities are very new. There is a parking lot outside the hotel to park!

GGuest UserRooms were clean and well maintained, staff friendly and attentive for both hotel and restaurant.
They were in the middle of an electrical referb so all the corridors were filled with protective carpeting, hanging wires and workers.
Rooms could do with AC, it got warm and humid.

JJunenxiaopenyouThe room is small, no bottled water is provided and no kettle. Arrived at 10:30 in the evening, there is no front desk, and self-check-in is required. I didn't send a confirmation letter from the hotel. Booking Number Why didn't I lose it wrong. Later, the hotel staff came out and confirmed it, and then sent the correct Booking Number . The self-service was successful.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a great location if, as in our case, you're going to a concert on the piazza. It was also clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately, we didn't have any towels in the room. And the booking confirmation looked like breakfast was included, but according to the receptionist, it wasn't. And I hadn't realized that it had been a while since I booked the room.
All in all, the stay was really good. Thank you.

GGuest UserBed and comforter were quite comfortable for a good night sleep. Air conditioning was fine.
However, if you don’t own a car, the location is not really good; The hotel is located in an industrial area with many trailers and trucks. The nearest bus stop is situated 10 mins away, so I was pretty anxious to walk to and fro between the bus stop and the hotel, especially when it’s dark. (And the bus comes hourly on weekends.)
For the room: It would have been better, if a kettle was provided.
