Excellent place to stay! Very close to the Jinan West Railway station, there are convenient stores nearby, and also restaurants. The service is excellent. The fitness room and laundry room is good. The room is spacious and more importantly their toilets have bidets!

Staff very helpful to settle all issues. I like the free laundry service the best. Hotel staff will assist to finish the wadhing and drying process and send to the room. There are many eateries around the neighborhood.

Birthday cake was prepared for our birthday celebration, even decorated the room with flower and lights! When we request for housekeeping or anything, it gets done immediately which is pretty impressive! Once again, thank you Erin for giving us over and above service during our stay!

It was my first time staying at the Oriental Hotel, and the price-performance ratio was so high! ! ! First time searching for this hotel can be a challenge because the lobby is located on the 19th floor. On the first floor, it looks like any normal apartment.
