I travelled to fuzhou with my elderly dad and two teenagers. We arrived in the hotel in the morning, was greeted by friendly front staff and refreshment drinks at the lobby. The room is clean, good amenities. Great variety of breakfast that are family friendly.

An excellent experience! Huge thanks to the front desk for upgrading our room to the 16th floor. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking, unobstructed views of the Min River, right there in front of us. The soundproofing was great too. The service was fantastic; they were so responsive to all our requests. We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time. The breakfast was also good, and they even brought us complimentary fruit when they saw we had a child with us – a lovely touch! 👍

Service quality and cleanliness was top notch and the hotel was extremely new and modern. The only bad thing I can say is that their in-room dining is not 24/7 so unless you can order food delivery, you’re gonna be hungry all night.

This Atour hotel has an amazing location! It's a direct 3-minute walk to Wuliting Metro Station. The decor is minimalist and perfect for photos. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and all the toiletries are from major brands, with great attention to detail. Although it's a new hotel, the front desk staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful, and they even proactively upgraded our room type. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit!

It was already 2:30 in the afternoon when we arrived in Pingtan. As soon as we got out of the station, a car came to pick us up and take us to the guesthouse. As soon as we arrived in the room, we felt the coolness. When we entered the room, we saw the beautiful and kind proprietress (a post-00s) who prepared chilled watermelon for us. Knowing that I was with my child, she took the watermelon out of the refrigerator in advance (because she was afraid that it would be too cold and I wouldn’t be able to eat it well. I was very touched). She also prepared an ergonomic chair for me. I felt the warmth brought by the couple Xiao Weng. They also recommended travel check-in spots and local delicacies to us. So today we checked in at Longwangtou Beach, ate Feipo Feizai Seafood, ate Maoji Seafood Congee, and went to the station night market here. If you want to come to Pingtan in the future, this guesthouse is worth recommending.

My wife and I recently spent a few days at the Fuzhou Sanbaobindi Hotel for a much-needed getaway, and it was, without question, the best hotel experience we’ve ever had. Situated in the heart of Fuzhou’s historic Sanfang Qixiang district, the hotel was the perfect base for exploring the cultural treasures of old Fuzhou—all within easy walking distance, including access to the metro. From the moment we stepped in, the experience was exceptional. We were warmly welcomed with traditional tea and snacks, and the check-in process was a breeze—under three minutes! Our room overlooked a beautifully manicured Chinese garden and perfectly balanced traditional design with modern comfort. Every detail in the room was spotless, showing a clear respect for the historical architecture. The true highlight of our stay, however, was the level of care and hospitality provided by the staff, especially our guest services manager, Roy Huang. Roy went above and beyond, offering us night snacks and daily desserts and taking time to share insights into Fuzhou’s rich history and culture. Our conversations with him were a true pleasure—learning about the city’s architecture, the hotel’s own story, and even the local tea culture, which he introduced us to with great care and knowledge. It’s rare to meet someone who makes you feel so genuinely welcome. Roy’s attention to detail and kindness transformed our stay into something extraordinary. We left Fuzhou with a much deeper appreciation for the city, and it was all thanks to the team at the Sanbaobindi Hotel. If you’re looking for an authentic yet refined stay that captures the spirit of traditional Fuzhou, I couldn’t recommend the Sanbaobindi Hotel highly enough. A heartfelt thank you to Roy and the entire staff for making this trip truly unforgettable.

Right at the start, we had a problem with the payment with our foreign card. The management and staff were very helpful and the problem got solved. Although there was the language barrier, all the staff and the housekeepers always attended to us very friendly and helped us with everything. So the service was excellent. Even at the breakfast buffet, they helped us to find food which is suitable for Muslins. The rooms are spacious, modern, well equipped and absolutely clean with all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. Laundry service is available for free. The atmosphere in overall is pleasant and relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Fuzhou.

There’s a link way to the park with jogging track and river view. One can begin the day with a refreshing walk. The hotel is location at a serene spot. We are upgraded to a bigger room with splendid view, where we managed to catch the beautiful sunrise. The hotel staff are all very attentive and helpful. We appreciate all the details included to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We even could request for special pillow. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Strongly recommended.

It clean and convenient. level 5&6 for hotel rooms. Level 3 has the famous seafood restaurant and all dine in individual room. Opposite the hotel is one big shopping mall and there is Macdonald and one two level supermarket located just beside the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed every moment here. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the view was absolutely beautiful, especially looking out toward the beach—it was exactly as shown and completely worth it 🌊✨ The place is very kid-friendly, which made our stay even more comfortable as a family. The service was outstanding—thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely caring. A special highlight was the afternoon tea and evening snacks thoughtfully placed on our door handle. It was such a lovely surprise and really showed how much attention the team puts into small details. We absolutely loved this thoughtful touch 💛 Although the weather wasn’t very favorable during our stay, we still enjoyed relaxing by the window, taking in the sea view, and feeling the calm atmosphere. Even on a cloudy day, the experience was peaceful and enjoyable. Breakfast was another big plus—delicious, satisfying, and generous, leaving us happily full and ready for the day 😄 Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a beautiful seaside experience. We truly appreciate the care and effort from the entire team and would love to visit again!
