I requested a non-smoking room when placing the order, and also specifically requested a non-smoking room when checking in. I was arranged to stay in a room on the 5th floor. There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the corridor as soon as I got out of the elevator. I was in a hurry to go out and put down my luggage and left. When I returned to the hotel at night and turned on the air conditioner, the room slowly began to smell like cigarettes, which made my nose very uncomfortable. I called the front desk and reported it quickly and changed the room to the 7th floor. I was very satisfied with the changed room, which was comfortable and good overall. I stayed for two nights and there was a smell of cigarette smoke as soon as I left the room on the day of check-out. Except for the smell of cigarettes, everything was good.

Even in Huiyang Landmark Hotel, the first feeling is clean, transparent, bright, modern full. The weather was very nice for a few days, perfect for a cup of tea or coffee, sun and an afternoon off. Late at night breeze slightly Xu, relax the tension of the day's work, even compared with the five-star hotel in Shenzhen will not be inferior. The hotel's service was acceptable, but the hardware details were very poor! Let me start with a few positives: the front desk staff were friendly, the room hygiene was good, and the bedding and toiletries were high quality, as was the air freshness. However, here are the downsides:
1. The transparent glass shower stall faces directly towards the room entrance, which means you can't open the door when someone is showering – very inconvenient!
2. The shower head mount is designed to spray only at a fixed angle towards the wall, which is also very inconvenient. You can only shower by holding it by hand.
3. The smart toilet is very low-end and poor quality; flushing always splashes water all over your backside and thighs, making for a terrible experience!
4. The air conditioning heating didn't warm the room properly, and it was cold all night.
5. The room lighting design is very poor! The mirror light in the bathroom is very dim, and there's no light in front of the vanity mirror. There's nowhere in the entire room suitable for applying makeup; it's too dark to see your face clearly.
Overall, it's definitely not worth the price. The hard furnishings are beyond saving, and I won't be returning a second time.

Every staff member at this hotel was incredibly welcoming, making for a really comfortable stay. The environment was great too, and most importantly, it was super clean. For the price, staying at this hotel was an absolute steal. I'd definitely come back if I have the chance. The overall hotel environment is good, very nice. It's also very close to where I needed to be for my business trip, so I'll stay here again. The bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was simple but tasted really good. I saw the high ratings and chose this hotel. The location is excellent, right opposite a supermarket which is super convenient for shopping, and you can find places to eat right outside. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

Facilities: Classic, upscale, and traditional.
Hygiene: Clean and tidy.
Environment: Absolutely superb, with incredible front-row sea views. The sunset is breathtakingly beautiful.
Service: Grateful for the complimentary upgrade, the service was excellent. The hotel had New Year's Eve festivities with a concert, bonfire, and fireworks, creating a wonderful interactive atmosphere.
The valley hot springs are also great, with many different pools open until 10 PM.

KkacylinRoom facilities: I booked a kids' suite on the 34th floor. It was very spacious with two bathrooms and large bay windows offering an unbeatable view of West Lake.
Cleanliness: Very good.
Location and transportation: Taxis were readily available and convenient for getting anywhere.
Breakfast: The selection was quite comprehensive and refined, especially the bread options; a few varieties were surprisingly good.
Value for money: Just over a thousand yuan, making it quite good value. Both the seniors and children were happy.
Overall, a very satisfying hotel. It's also not far from large shopping malls. I'd definitely stay here again when I visit Huizhou.

The hotel's meals are truly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in China! They have put so much effort into my food, who cannot eat everything. The weekend there was really pleasant even though it was raining badly all the time.
After I talked to the hotel and a manager for about 2 hours that evening when I arrived, to find out if they would be able to give me something to eat, because I'm allergic to several things, I really did not expect much. They said they would bring it to my room... What a pleasant surprise the next morning and the 2 other mornings !!!
The most beautiful and most delicious food you can imagine!! Wow and they are far from cities, thus they prepared it with what they had!! 😊🌸🌻👍🏻

Unfortunately there was no map of the resort and also not clear signs. I couldn't understand the cryptic directions to the hotsprings the reception gave...😱 Thus I had to wait till the lights came on, then I could see where the lights at the pools were ..
Perhaps they can put a ”roof” or cover over some pools, then it will be more enjoyable when raining...
Because if the rain, the roof swimming pool was closed, but beautiful view from there.
There are so many beautiful nature places nearby to explore and fir hiking, but unfortunately the weather was not good as the rain was pouring!
Perhaps the hotel can buy the ugly murals or ruins or half-built buildings that damage and interrupt the beautiful views of trees... It is really a sore eye in the beautiful view... then they can renovate and finish the buildings...
I really hope one day I can go again!!

AAnonymous UserThe room offers an excellent view, absolutely stunning ocean views. The service from the attentive butler was truly outstanding, proactive and thoughtful, even bringing water to the room.
The environment is pleasant, aside from a construction site nearby. Despite the construction, there was no dust or noise, which was a huge plus. The hotel offers many facilities, but unfortunately, the sky garden was closed, and the rafting experience was canceled. We happened to catch a wedding during our stay, and there was a live singer at 8 PM. In the afternoon, at 2 PM, there were even deer around. I'd advise parents to keep a close eye on their kids as the deer can be quite energetic and strong.
I have two suggestions:
1. The sand on the man-made section of the beach is quite coarse, not as comfortable as the natural sand closer to the shore.
2. The Qiáo Shí Bar doesn't offer much of a coastal view at night. It would be much nicer if it had lighting, similar to the one in Bali, which really enhances the experience.

First of all, I was amazed at the fact we were welcomed and checked in long before 2 pm, as soon as we arrived at noon.
Next great thing was that the receptionist helped us to swipe rooms, as we booked one king size bed but for the family of four it was a bit inconvenient, so in a matter of 10 minutes we got a spacious room with 2 wide beds. So the night sleep was unmatched.
The location- from the first glance - looked a bit weird, coz actually the hotel is the part of the bigger residential area, although multi-stored houses are still in the stage of development and not fully inhabited. But, on the second day, when we explored the whole area we found out there were much much worse districts with entirely damaged roads, abandoned structures and left behind businesses. So after that ugly image I changed my initial impression and have to say the hotel is just right for family and perfect rest.
We had a wonderful time while taking baths and even the hot springs square isn’t large we counted no less than 20 bath tubs with great proportion of aromatic and herb additives so you may enjoy the fragrance while bathing.
Meantime you also can sip various herbal tea or water at the bar or have a nap on the hot stone platform.
Cool place for kids too, with the separate pool, mini aqua park, swimming pool for adults was also beautiful though not the right season for swimming.
Nice playground for infants and snooker tables for adults.
We loved the breakfast too, many options including European food and coffee.
Maybe one of the best benefits of choosing this hotel was proximity to the gorgeous mountain park also designed for families with young kids. The zigzag mountain road, the panoramic views and the hiking trail were simply amazing.
Traveling that area means you may try local food which is goose, duck and home raised chickens, river fish and the main local specialty- rice cooked in the bamboo tree. All tasted great.

DDuoduoguoguolalashouDuring the Chinese New Year holiday, the hotel prices didn't increase too much. It has its own beach, and the sea-facing balcony, especially on a higher floor, gives you the illusion of floating on the sea. The value for money is decent. However, whether it's because there were too many people or because it's a pet-friendly hotel, the sofas in the lobby's waiting area were quite dirty, and the floor was covered in water stains and sand. The most unbearable thing was the smell in the elevator – like dog urine sprayed with perfume – it just hit you. The room also had that pet store smell, a weird mix of fragrant and foul. The facilities were a bit dated but still functional. The towels and bathrobes looked rather dirty, so we only stayed for one day and left. I hope the hotel can improve in terms of cleanliness and odor.

GGuest UserI was actually quite apprehensive before going because I'd seen many negative reviews online. But given the good price, I decided to give it a try. 😂😂😂 It turned out to be quite satisfying.
The hotel's facilities are pretty comprehensive, with lots of activities for kids and a decent-sized children's playground. The water park would probably be more fun in the summer. We went on the 23rd, and it was quite windy and cold, so they only played for a bit before I rushed them to the hot spring pools, which were their favorite. Soaking in them this season was very comfortable.
The front desk service was excellent. Xiao Hui added me on WeChat during check-in and kept sending me messages, offering all sorts of help – she deserves a huge thumbs up!
The hotel's complimentary pony souvenir was very delicate, and the kids loved it. The fruit was also fresh and delicious. 😋😋😋 So, I'd say the hotel does a great job with these little details.
After using the hot springs, our bathrobes and towels got wet. I called for replacements, and they were delivered promptly. Similarly, when we requested water, it was brought quickly. It wasn't at all like the online reviews suggested about poor service.
Of course, there are areas for improvement. For instance, there were indeed some damaged furniture items that hadn't been replaced or repaired in time. At the playground, there was no staff on duty at night, the gate was wide open, and many people were coming and going freely, making it quite messy. The first time we went, around 8 or 9 PM, it was like this. When we went the next morning, it was much better managed: you needed a room card to enter, and there was staff at the entrance, which made parents feel much safer.
The pet park is actually great for close-up animal feeding, but it also suffered from poor management – no one was supervising it, people could enter and exit freely, and there was no food available for feeding the animals.
I hope the hotel can strengthen its management and improve further. I think it has the potential to be a fantastic one-stop destination for families with kids.

DDolphin_11Great location and fantastic views. It truly lives up to its billing as a 180-degree sea view suite – you can even watch the sunrise over the ocean 🌄. The master bedroom offers excellent views and is definitely worth the price. The bed was also very comfortable. On the downside, both bathrooms had no doors, which was a bit awkward. Plus, the sofa lacked cushions, making it uncomfortable to sit on. The hotel breakfast was pretty mediocre, and the restaurant had an unpleasant odor.
