It takes guests only 25-minute drive from the downtown city of Jinan.This Jinan hotel covers an area of 14,000 square meters and houses rooms outfitted with free broadband internet access. For hungry guests, there is an on-site restaurant with a buffet hall and 11 deluxe private Chinese dining rooms with a maximum capacity of 300. What's more, the multi-functional hall can contain up to 150 people to dine together.
There is a lake right in front of the door, which is good. But it’s a pity that I didn’t bring any running equipment. The swimming pool is open, but it’s a pity that I didn’t bring a swimsuit either. It’s relatively clean inside, which is okay. There are quite a lot of breakfast varieties, but I personally think it's average. This is the desk. The glass is too slippery and the mouse can't be used at all. Also, there is residual orange peel from the previous one. Although it's not a big problem, it's the most annoying thing. Some people were smoking on the non-smoking floor, and a bunch of people were smoking at the entrance to the elevator. It was probably someone holding a wedding banquet. This was quite annoying. Fortunately, I left the hotel right away. It didn’t leave much of an impression on me. It was annoying even if I stayed there. Lots of room for improvement.

The environment is great, the facilities are new, and it's very close to the highway exit. I booked this hotel on short notice for a business trip; it was quite clean. There are plenty of parking spaces in front of the hotel, making parking convenient. The area is relatively remote, so it's quiet at night. The hotel also has robot delivery, which is very convenient. The elevator uses a card system, which is very safe.

Excellent location with access to lot of restaurents and kind of night life. The room was clean amd spacious.. The ameneties were great, including, toothbrush/toothpaste, soap, shampoo/body wash, 2 kinds of slippers, water, and others. Totally worth the price. Only negative is that, there is only one elevator to access the room. And that os creating a bottleneck at the downstairs, and takes a lot of time to get to the room.

On October 18, I was scratched by stray cats near the hotel, and I was in a foreign country and lacked experience in handling it. After returning to the hotel front desk to explain the situation, the staff on duty immediately put down their work, first carefully checked the wound, and then quickly removed iodophor and medical cotton swabs from the staff's supplies, patiently guided me to disinfect and clean the wound according to the steps.
This care beyond expectations makes me feel warm. Your store staff did not shirk with ”unclear”, but took the initiative to solve the problem, highlighting a high sense of responsibility. They were very accommodating with my requests for a high floor and a quiet, non-smoking room. The check-in process was quick upon arrival, and they even offered delicious tea. Breakfast was a buffet, so everyone could choose what they liked – very satisfied!

TTangshoudeyoutiaoThe front desk service was excellent, and the overall environment was pretty good. The tea and coffee were a nice refreshing touch. However, the room's lighting and curtains had some serious flaws. The motion-sensor light wouldn't turn off, and the curtains let in way too much light in the morning, which meant we adults didn't get any sleep. It was too late, and the kids were asleep, so we didn't bother calling the front desk – it would have been too much of a hassle. Because of the great front desk staff, I originally wanted to give 5 stars, but since I didn't get any rest, today's trip was exhausting, I almost had a car accident, and my mood is just terrible.

55109****Jinan in early autumn is beautiful, and this hotel truly enhances the experience. It's in a great location, not far from Baotu Spring, Black Tiger Spring, and Daming Lake—all within walking distance for a leisurely stroll. The surrounding Baihuazhou historical district is also lovely for a walk, especially when lit up at night. The hotel breakfast is plentiful; I particularly enjoyed the warm Jinan Chatang, where you can add various dried fruits yourself. Upon checking out, they even gave us delicate pastries, telling us we could eat them on our journey, which was incredibly thoughtful. I've already recommended it to friends who are planning to visit.

Hhhhyun5 stars! ! It was 2 o'clock in the morning when we arrived. The lady downstairs thoughtfully delayed check-out for 2 hours. It felt very good. I will book this hotel next time I come to Jinan East Railway Station.

The staff member, Gavin, was professional and attentive, enthusiastic and thoughtful. He provided detailed information about the hotel and the surrounding area and properly resolved an issue with the deposit. The breakfast selection was also very rich and satisfying. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

Hygiene: The room is spacious, clean and tidy, and you can see that it is cleaned frequently.
I soaked in the bathtub after a tiring day, which was very comfortable 😌, and I felt that every pore was taken care of.
Service: I checked in at almost 11 o'clock in the evening. The waiter was very friendly and not impatient at all.
When I entered the room, I saw the prepared snacks. People who like to eat midnight snacks said it was very heartwarming 🥰
Facilities: The do not disturb function in the room is really great. I can sleep until the sun rises the next day. It's really great.
Once the curtains are drawn, no one loves them. The airtightness is great.
When I left, the souvenirs I was given included masks. Tears welled up in my eyes🥹. I didn't expect there would be so many catkins in Jinan when I came here, so I didn't prepare them. I didn't expect the hotel to be so considerate and prepare them. When I arrived near Baotu Spring, there were as many catkins as the wind. Thanks to the hotel for providing them😷🥳
I will come to this hotel again next time I come to Jinan. The bed is very comfortable and everything is great. I don't want to leave😋

MM295577****This hotel is located in Jinan Gaoxin Wanda Plaza. You enter through Y1 gate and take the hotel's dedicated elevators (4 or 5) to the 19th-floor reception for check-in. The hotel is directly across from Shandong Energy Group, making it one of the closest hotels to it. The three reception staff were warm, generous, and provided excellent service. The room was clean and hygienic, and being on a high floor, it was very quiet at night. Breakfast, also on the 19th floor, was very rich and plentiful.
