GGuest UserUnbelievable location. Adjacent to a large mall and the train station is 200 meters away. Not a “luxury” hotel. As a traveller’s hotel, it’s an excellent choice especially considering the price. The lighted toilet is a good feature so the bathroom main light doesn’t need to be turned on at night.

GGuest UserThis is probably one of the top three hotels I've stayed at this year! It has super spacious rooms with an amazing view. Our room even had a small slide and tent for the kids to play in. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is very good, close to many restaurants and shopping malls. The parking is free and well organized if you are driving. I recommend this hotel to families and business travellers.

Excellent Location: The hotel boasts a superb location with convenient transportation and a prime commercial area, making it incredibly easy to explore and sightsee. 2. Elegant Environment: The lobby is exquisitely decorated, the rooms are clean and tidy, the bedding is very comfortable, and the soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. 3. Heartwarming Service: The front desk staff were warm and professional, with efficient check-in and check-out, and they even thoughtfully upgraded my room. Room service was prompt, courteous, and attentive. 4. Excellent Value: The best experience for its price range, with a wide variety of dining options and comprehensive facilities – it completely exceeded my expectations! I will definitely choose the Vienna Hotel again next time I visit this city and will recommend it to my friends!

GGuest UserAs soon as we entered the hotel lobby, it felt particularly luxurious. The concierge helped us guide, and the front desk was particularly friendly. Entering the room made me feel very comfortable, with a soft mattress and clean hygiene. It's worth choosing my next stay.

GGuest Userhotel location is pretty good, in between Rainbow District and Humen Walking Street, the hotel building is part of a condo cluster on top of a shipping mall, so the lobby is not be ground floor but 3rd floor. when taking taxi, ask driver to search for shopping mall 君乐汇 drop off, will be much easier. rooms are modern and spacious, aircon and water pressure for shower is good, housekeeping is top notch, rooms are clean and beds are comfy, pillows are on the softer side, can ask for hard pillows or extras when required. hotel allows late check out until 4pm, that's pretty good for those with late flights out. those who fly out of Guangzhou Baiyun Airport, there's a bus that can be taken from 虎门候机楼 bus station that's at another hotel. hotel amenities are good, used the gym, pretty basic but enough for a good workout, swimming pool is open 7am to 9pm, closed in between from 12-2pm. have to bring own swimming cap or buy one at counter. the pool is run by a club and shared between hotel and condo clusters so weekends and day time will be crowded. pool water is not treated so best to use goggles. shopping mall below hotel makes eating very convenient but head towards outside area near the walking street, lots of local food at cheaper prices. overall will recommend for stay. sightseeing wise, Humen sights are not concentrated, hotel location is pretty central to head out to different places.

GGuest UserDongguan Forum remains a favorite of mine when visiting South China. Hotel has been upgraded recently, is clean, very good service and in a great location to work and local restaurants. Breakfast and gym are both very good. When warmer, the pool is a great amenity.
