Got an upgrade to the newly renovated rooms on this visit. The room is updated with contemporary design with a cyber color scheme. The lightning has improved a lot and with the new temperature control, it is no doubt a much more comfy room than before. However, I have noticed a few shortcomings in my stay. First of all, there is no towel rack for used bath towels, and contradictorily they promote the environment friendly of reusing the towels (sign posted as shown as attached). Secondly, changing cables are provided on both sides of the bed. But only the set on the left is working properly. Thirdly, bath robes are on request now, maybe it is the result of the new open closet. Lastly, those dispenser bottles are not working properly. The pump doesn't retract smoothly after being pressed. You simply need to pull the trigger back to get the next pump. After all, it was a pleasant stay with late check out, free bottles of water and self service laundry as usual.

It's very close to 隱賢山莊, and my hotel package included the tickets of 隱賢山莊. The rooms were big and clean. it's good and not expensive. I and my family were so happy with it.

The room is very clean, house keeping staff are very friendly and helpful. Everything in the room is in good order. Breakfast is very delicious and has lots of choice. GGuest UserThis is my second time staying at Kande Hotel. I typically stay for about 14 days each trip, so I have had plenty of time to really settle in and appreciate the experience.
The location is incredibly convenient, right in the heart of Dongguan and close to everything you might need. What surprised me, though, is how quiet the rooms are despite being in the city center. There is no traffic noise or street disturbance, which makes a real difference when you are traveling for work and need to rest.
The staff are excellent. They are friendly and professional, but what stands out is that they actually remember my preferences from my previous stay. Those small touches go a long way when you are there for an extended period. I also appreciate the pillow menu. I personally cannot sleep without a memory foam pillow, so having that option is a real plus.
They also have a robot delivery service for food and parcels. It sounds like a small thing, but it is surprisingly convenient and adds a nice modern touch.
The view from the room is beautiful, and breakfast is another highlight. There is always a good variety, but my go to is the 烧鹅濑粉. It is honestly the best I have ever had.
Looking forward to my next stay.

CCathrin.GI had an amazing stay at Ji hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Songsan area. The environment is exceptionally clean and well maintained, which made the entire stay feel comfortable and relaxing. The hotel features a modern and stylish design, with beautiful interiors that give a very luxurious and contemporary atmosphere.
The room was very spacious and thoughtfully designed, providing plenty of comfort and space to relax after a long day. Everything felt new and well organized, which added to the overall premium experience.
One of the best things about this hotel is its excellent location. It is very convenient to travel anywhere in the city, with many attractions easily accessible nearby. There is also a large shopping mall directly beside the hotel, making it incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and entertainment without needing to travel far. The traffic at this area quite heavy and a lots of cars sound their horn that could be disturbing, however I didn’t experience the noise pollution after late night hence it is acceptable to me.
Their breakfast start from 7am-10am and plenty of choices even though only Chinese style is served. Hopefully their coffee machine is working in the future, as an overseas traveller, coffee is part of our basic need.
One thing I wish to special highlight is about the free laundry, you can view the available machine slots from your room (open the TV and you can see the info). Super convenient! You don’t have to walk all the way to the laundry area to check by yourself.
I would definitely give this hotel a full 5-star rating and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Hygiene: The room was spotlessly clean. The mattress was unique – it felt firm at first, then softened up after a while.
Environment: There's not much to say about the surroundings, but it's very close to Songshan Lake Scenic Area.
Service: The service was good. The front desk was very responsive and always available when called.
Ramada Double Night Snack: The night snack selection was extensive, including congee, steamed dumplings, buns, fruits, corn, and sweet potatoes.

2. I received complimentary bottled water upon check-in. The room was not only spacious but also had excellent natural light, and all the necessary amenities were provided.
3. Stepping into this hotel felt like entering a tranquil paradise. The beautiful environment was refreshing, the warm service from the front desk was the icing on the cake, and the excellent location made getting around extremely convenient.

GGuest UserInterContinental, which didn't raise its prices during the May Day holiday, is undoubtedly the best choice in Dongguan. At just over 600 RMB, the InterContinental offers unbeatable value for money. Before checking in, I received a call from guest relations asking about my room preferences. I arrived a little after 1 PM and checked in. Although I booked a standard room, I was upgraded to a corner room, which was a very pleasant surprise. InterContinental truly never disappoints! 👍 The only minor drawback was that the gym was a bit small, and there weren't enough towels in the changing room. After my swim, there were no towels available. It seems the gym is outsourced, and the management is a bit disorganized.

The bed was incredibly comfortable; it's the best I've slept on in all the hotels I've stayed at in Dongguan. Some rooms were a bit damp and had an odor, but they switched us to another room and it was fine.

I especially appreciated the daily housekeeping service, which kept the room clean and fresh throughout my visit. The room itself was quite spacious, even though I booked one of the more budget-friendly options, which was a pleasant surprise.
One area that could be improved is the lighting control in the room. There is no central switch to dim or turn off the lights, so I had to walk around the room to switch off different lights before going to sleep. Additionally, the bathroom layout separates the toilet from the shower area, requiring a few steps to move between them.
The hotel provides clothes washing services but it’s chargeable and the price is on high side. One piece of normal ladies pant cost RMB50, male pant cost RMB45. If you give the clothes the housekeeping staff before 11am, they will send the clothes back to your room within the same day.
Pullman Hotel also offers several in-house dining options, including Chinese and Japanese-style restaurants within the premises, which made dining very convenient. If you order food delivery , they have the robot machine to send your food to the room, just make sure you indicated the room number clearly. The lift required a room card to access hence the dispatcher will not be able to send the food to your room.
Hotel staff is helpful, I requested them to collect the parcel on my behalf from the locker located at basement and they acting it very fast. Keeping them for me even though the check in date was a week later.
Overall, it was still a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Pullma.

The only minor drawback is that the front desk is about 100-200 meters from the main entrance of the estate, and golf carts aren't allowed. This means if you order takeout and the delivery person isn't willing to walk, guests have to go out and meet them, which can be inconvenient when you're on a tight schedule for a business trip.
