"Location is good. Aldi, Migros, Coop nearby. Tramstop nearby 3 mins walk with suitcase. Easy self-checkin & checkout. My room (Basic Room) is quite big indeed, where I can open 3 or 4 suitcases on the floor. But only 1 small table and 1 stool in the room, you have to pack or put your things on the floor or on the bed. I don't mind at all noises during night time. But if you need to have complete slience to sleep, beware that you may hear laughters from people in the street and noise of car pass by, from time to time. The drainage pipe in my room is not perfectly set, there are some unpleasant smell in the washroom. I stayed 2 days here. The lift was working but the lights was out of order. I take the lift in dark. But the lift is well repaired the next day. Efficient reaction time. Appreciated. Overall, I"

"Check in was very face as we did online in advance. Staff was helpful in guiding us to the tram. Room was spacious for 3 of u. Theres bodywash and coffee/tea/kettle awailable. Theres also hairdryer and iron with hangers in room. Breakfast variety is very limited but decent."

"Helvetia Hotel exceeded my expectations, offering a much better experience than suggested by the photos on the booking site. The place is impeccably clean—even the shower screen was nearly spotless. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s rest. The bathroom was brightly lit and generous in size, with shampoo, soap and body lotion in different glass bottles. I particularly appreciated the cozy common room near the lobby, where guests enjoy a cup of Nespresso or tea, courtesy of the hotel. The location is convenient, with a large supermarket just a one-minute walk away and at least two cafes within walking distance. However, it’s about a 15-minute walk from the main station, which might be a consideration for some travelers. Overall, it’s a solid choice, and I’d definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Zurich."

"Very good hotel in Zurich downtown and very close to Zurich HB which is convenient to move around when travel to Switzerland. The hotel a bit old but well maintained. Frontline staff very good and breakfast are delicious too."
