GGuest UserWere given a two story room. It was horrible. Room was extremely dated with dark walls, awful wallpaper, uncomfortable furniture, old appliances in kitchenette. Had to go down about 15 steep stairs to get to bedroom, which is not fun for a retired couple. Room service was non-existent. View was a forest. Trip from elevator to our room was down a very long, dark hallway. Had no way to control air conditioning, so room was freezing. Only benefit was gas fireplace which we used to warm up.
Hotel itself was in excellent location - in heart of Mont Tremblant Village. Walking distance to everything - go carts, rock climbing, zip lining, trampoline, restaurants. Plenty for families to do. Definitely an expensive tourist destination! Two coffees (1 small, 1 large) cost $9.00. Long lineups in evening for any restaurant.

The room is small and stuffy, humid and not ventilated, and there is no service 😂
I can't enter less than 4pm. I was locked outside the door an hour early. I couldn't enter the hotel lobby. I was forced to wait until 4pm.

GGuest UserSki in, ski out, very convenient. This is my second time staying in this hotel. There are many restaurants around. Westin is a good brand and I will recommend it to my friends.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located next to the free mountain transport cable car, which is very convenient. After going up, the ski equipment rental center is on the right and it is directly opposite the ski cable car. The hotel facilities are old, the breakfast is simple, and the 24-hour coffee and tea in the lobby are very considerate.

GGuest UserThe room is clean and tidy. It is not crowded for three people. It is convenient to cook by yourself. The scenery outside the window is like a fairy tale world, which is amazing. The breakfast is rich, and coffee and tea are free at any time. The front desk service is very thoughtful, warm and kind. It was a very good stay experience.

GGuest User旅舍就在免費纜車終點站附近，我們從旅舍出發穿過圖3的房子就到上山頂的纜車那兒。秋天的翠湖山莊美不勝收，可惜手機在山頂實在拍不出什麼好效果。我們以為纜車上去還可以繼續行走，原來上去就是山頂了。雖然山頂有個360度環形路，但是畢竟都衹是看大景。有時間的話建議還是選擇一個單程纜車就好。我們從小鎮走到費爾蒙酒店那邊大馬路，發現馬路邊有個小樹林，裏面的楓葉景也是非常迷人，拍照絕美（圖8）。
説回旅舍，有個升降門車庫，前台辦理入住手續後給你一張卡刷卡停進去，27加幣/天。房間有比較好的廚房區域和設備（圖4）。陽台可以喝着熱茶欣賞日落。

GGuest UserWe had the most basic room with one bed and it's fine for a night or 2. Might get cramped for longer stay but still decent. There's a couch and table. Microwave and fridge so good for storing and reheating leftovers. Location is awesome. On-site parking is awesome ($23). For longer stays I'd go with a room with kitchen as restaurants in the village are very expensive and not particularly good.

HhappymouseVery comfortable room, equipped with a kitchen, the layout is very reasonable, but it's a pity that I couldn't experience the feeling of the fireplace in winter. However, there is an extra charge for lighting a fire in the fireplace, and the laundry service is charged but self-service, and I was not able to use it successfully. The location of the hotel is very convenient for walking around the center and climbing up the hill to watch the sunset. It is worth recommending. However, the breakfast is really very, very average, but it is included in it, otherwise it is very comfortable to make breakfast in the room by yourself

GGuest UserEverything was great. My husband and I spent 2 nights during their slow season. Hotel was clean, room was great, and staff was extremely helpful and attentive to our needs.
At the time of our visit, the outdoor fire pit was under construction and the off site gondolas were closed for repairs, but the staff encouraged us to explore the village on hikes and gave of recommendations for other activities nearby.
I also lost a necklace and although I never found it, the hotel staff was empathetic and made every effort to locate it and communicated effectively with me.
