"The space is quite spacious, with one bedroom and one living room. The outside area includes a bar, desk, and coffee table, while the inside contains the bedroom and bathroom. There's also a laundry room on the basement level. Nearly half of the hotel's guests are Chinese, and some domestic companies also have long-term leases. However, guests should be cautious about their belongings; in early December, a Chinese guest posted on XHS that their computer disappeared in the living room late at night, and the hotel gave it a cold shoulder."

"The location can be a bit difficult to get to and out of during rush hour (though this can be said of most places in Sao Paulo). Other than the above, the hotel is a good in terms of cost-benefit. The staff is nice and helpful. The building is on the older side but the rooms have been well kept (or recently remodelled). The gym is very nice."
