Great place to be mall nearby, balcony view rooms, staff excellent

I recently stayed at Forte Kochi in India and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is set in a beautiful location, with a private courtyard pool that adds to the serene atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and made for a relaxing stay. With plenty to do nearby, we truly enjoyed our time and would gladly return.

This was a last-minute booking for a two-day stay, and I chose this hotel for convenience. Front desk service was excellent and the location is great. However, the rooms need updated linen, as it appeared old and worn. Hot water and water pressure were good. Outside my room, extra beds, linen, and what appeared to be cleaning materials were stored, which did not create a good impression.

We stayed total 4 nights in this hotel and enjoyed it a lot! Amazing breakfast and lounge service. For the farewell we got a personal cake from the dining room manager. It’s was very touching 🥰

Clean, comfortable, and super convenient! The hostel had everything I needed for a short stay, including water dispensers and tidy facilities. Great location for sightseeing.

Very quiet hotel for India with a working hot shower. Good value for money.

the base rooms in the old section of the building were very small, and there was no ventilation. thess rooms were just under their restaurant and was separate from the building that was shown in the pictures. since we were two females travelling the hotel ”upgraded” me to an ”executive” room which was in the new section of the hotel. that room was even smaller with one 5×4 bed and just enough space to pass through. the only advantage was it was in the new section and didn't look secluded. breakfast options were very limited. the best thing about the hotel was it's location. situated in the heart of fort kochi, it is very close to the fort kochi beach and other attractions.

Sapphire Club Metro offers a convenient and comfortable stay, ideally situated in the heart of the city. The location serves as a perfect base for exploring, with some of the area's famed tourist attractions, such as the Chinese nets and Jew Town, being just a 30-minute ride away. Despite the central location, the rides to these destinations are surprisingly inexpensive, adding to the convenience of the stay. Room 201, while directly facing a wall, surprisingly retains a bright and inviting atmosphere. Sapphire Club Metro was a good choice for my travels because I was seeking a blend of city life convenience with easy access to cultural and historical sites.
