"Location close to everything. No free parking. Limited options on the food menu but the service and the cocktails are amazing. Daily Housekeeping.. On some sites it says 24 hour room service, not correct, food is only served from 5pm to 8pm on site Breakfast buffet or room service, not open for lunch."

The staff were okay but not especially helpful or enthusiastic when it came to recommendations. The town is very quiet, with little weekend activity and hardly any tourists, making it feel like it’s asleep"

"We enjoyed our two-night stay at the hotel. The staff at the reception were incredibly accommodating, offering us a ground floor room without even needing to be asked. This was especially helpful given my husband's mobility limitations. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a queen-sized bed that was perfectly fine for us. The location was excellent, with numerous restaurants nearby. We were pleasantly surprised to find complimentary bottled water in the room. One of the highlights of our stay was the stunning sunset views from our room, which made for a truly memorable experience."

"The hotel is very clean, but it is not close to the high-speed bus station. The seaside port center is not recommended if it is public transportation. Because Launceston Podo and don't have a room on the first floor, it is a semi-underground. It is an upgraded deluxe room, but half of the intersection. Underground. Recommended to take a taxi to Grand Canyon Park. Summer is very beautiful."
