"The staff were very kind and answered our questions carefully. Unfortunately, the location of our room was not open and we could see the garden or pool; there were overgrown trees in front of the balcony, it didn't get much sunlight, and it smelled a bit moldy. It was convenient to have shopping, ATMs, and several restaurants nearby, but unfortunately the nearby Japanese restaurant was closed for renovations and we couldn't use it."

"All the staff were incredibly warm and friendly, and happy to offer assistance, making our stay very comfortable and pleasant, truly like being at home. The hotel isn't located on the main street, it's quiet and chill, but it's not far from anywhere; everything is within walking distance. The rooms were very clean and offered beautiful sunset views. The breakfast was basic, but the taste was excellent, offering ********* hot dishes. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I had the chance to visit Palau!"

"Well, the location is okay, directly at the Main Street in Koror, with small shops, a shopping mall and food stores nearby. The Staff was very friendly & accommodating and the airport pickup service worked perfectly. The hotel itself is a bit dated, whilst the simple equipped Oceanview Room is spacious enough for two, but I doubt the ocean can be seen nicely on the lower floors. Overall it depends what are your expectations, if you are looking for a hotel to sleep, have breakfast and spend all day outside for diving, snorkeling, excursions, the hotel may be okay, but it’s a bit pricy for what you get. But if you are looking for a place to spend your day for relaxing & chilling at the pool / beach, it is definitely not the right place."

"The small beach next to the hotel is actually a great snorkeling spot. A few dozen meters down there is a sunken Japanese plane, and under the pier bridge next to the hotel, you can see several century-old giant clams. The food at the hotel was delicious; apparently, the ********* chef catered to Chinese tastes. For the next few days, I didn't look for anywhere else to eat, and every dish I ordered was excellent."

"During the flight, I chose a hotel and the airport transfer was Alpha, which was truly great value for money. But what is most worthy of gratitude is the service attitude of all the hotel staff. A sudden lumbar disc herniation was extremely painful, and the hotel staff were enthusiastic to help. I ran to Palau to help buy the things I needed. I helped buy crutches, painkillers, and the pull-up towels I needed. There was also a service staff who was actually a Filipino physiotherapist who helped with rehabilitation physiotherapy and osteopathy. At the end of the flight, I was driven to the door because I had limited mobility. An extra aunt was specially sent to help. Really thoughtful. After we all left, the hotel management told me via WeChat what anti-slip materials I should use if I was worried about slipping. I was so touched that I will come back to thank all the staff in person. Thanks again 🙏"

"Even when my flight was suddenly canceled, they kindly responded by messaging me in real time. There are many restaurants around, but there is a shared kitchen with everything you need, so you can buy ingredients and cook your own meals. There is a well-ventilated area just outside where you can dry your diving equipment, and it is covered so you can leave it there without worrying about sudden rain. If I come to Palau again, I will definitely use their services, and I will recommend them to my friends."
