Palau Grand Hotel | A Five-Star Choice in the Heart of Palau, an Amazing Experience Having stayed at the Palau Grand Hotel on my third trip to Palau, this hotel was a perfect five-star experience! The hotel offers free airport shuttle service and is located in the heart of Korau, within walking distance of shopping centers. It's only a 10-15 minute drive from the diving pier and airport, making it incredibly convenient for diving trips and everyday dining. The ocean view rooms offer stunning views of the azure sea and sky, with breathtaking sunset vistas. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, fully equipped, with comfortable bedding and meticulous housekeeping. Daily replenishment of toiletries ensures a restful stay after a day of diving. Most notably, the front desk manager was exceptionally welcoming, providing attentive communication throughout the trip, proactively planning itineraries, answering questions, and offering fluent multilingual service, making guests feel right at home. The hotel boasts comprehensive amenities, including a free gym, a signature sauna, and an outdoor swimming pool. A relaxing soak in the sauna after diving is a must. Public areas have full Wi-Fi coverage, and services such as the business center, laundry, and massage are also readily available. The hotel boasts a wide variety of dining options, with a comprehensive selection of Western and Chinese dishes for breakfast. The first-floor bar is a great spot to watch the sunset, offering specialty drinks and light snacks in a fantastic atmosphere. As a landmark hotel in Palau, it perfectly combines convenience and a resort feel, making it suitable for diving enthusiasts, couples, and families. This is a very good hotel, very close to the airport. I always stay here when I go to Palau. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. Breakfast is included with the room booking, and it's plentiful and delicious. Enjoying breakfast in a quiet and pleasant atmosphere is truly wonderful!

The service was excellent; they offered free airport pick-up and drop-off, and late check-out. They had everything you need in Palau, so staying with them was the right choice. The breakfast was perfectly suited to Asian tastes, and I enjoyed it very much.

The staff at the hotel are very friendly and help answer many questions and send postcards. The location is also very good. The room that needs improvement is that the room is a bit simple and does not match the price. Breakfast is a buffet, but it is very simple. It is not recommended to pay extra. All in all, I will stay at the Resort at this price next time.
