"EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED !!!!! SUCH A NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE AFTER CHOSE TO STAY AT THIS RUN DOWN HOTEL !! I booked for a 01 night stay on 30th August 2026 and after checked in , I canceled the stay and decided to immediately check out ! THE REASONS are as follow: - Whatever images and reviews posted about this hotel are TOTAL LIES !! As it is TOTALLY THE OPPOSITE, as the room at the hotel are MOSTLY DISFUNCTIONAL , NO AIRCOND AS IT IS ALL EQUIPPED WITH A/C THAT BLOWS ONLY WARM AIR !! Just imagine : after checked in, the room given is EXTREMELY BASIC WITH NO PLACE TO HANG OUR CLOTHES AND A/C IS WITH NO COOL AIR !! When complaint, the calls made to the Reception ( a 01 person staff / 01 man show ONLY ) are extremely HARD TO BE ANSWERED!! And when managed to talk to her , the alternative room offered was ALSO WITH FAULTY AIR COND !!! - I believed the staff lied about the information of total guests staying at the hotel, as we can clearly sensed that it was NOT FULLY OCCUPIED but the staff repeatedly told that the hotel is fully booked ??? Well hellooo ... with all the BAD CONDITIONS OF THE ROOMS , HOW CAN A HUMAN BEING STAY IN SUCH A RUNDOWN ROOM WITH NO AIR COND AT ALL ??!?!!? - The surroundings of the hotel is filled with presence of weird foreigners that made it feel to be NOT SECURED TO PARK OUR CAR AT THE HOTEL COMPOUND ! - Road Directions to go to the hotel is TOTALLY IN A MESS ! As it is extremely hard to find a correct path due to INCORRECT DATA CONTAINED IN Google Maps / Waze / other maps application - that will make you drive around and around and around until you will get EXTREMELY UPSET AND CONFUSED !! As a summary .. I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY OF YOU OUT THERE that reading my review to decide staying at this EXTREMELY RUN DOWN HOTEL.. GO AND STAY AT OTHER HOTEL .. OR YOU WILL REGRET AND FEEL CHEATED FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE ! Luckily I got a full refund .. or else I will definitely make a police report !! - MR WAN - IPOH, PERAK"
