"Location of hotel in Bukit Tinggi was very convenient with lots of restaurants, convenient stores, etc. However, the Double Room was without the refrigerator which is sorely missed. Also need to request for room cleaning on daily basis or there will be no change of towels or supply of drinking water. Unfortunately the request for room cleaning are on some days not carried out."
