"Pleasurable stay, Great Breakfast, and Comfortable Atmosphere. Parking could be a bit better for accessibility. When we checked out and were loading our vehicle I fell in the parking lot try to catch a roll-cart that was seemed to be locked in place with the wheel lock, but it broke loose and I tried to catch it before it hit a car that was backing out of a spot. I caught it while I hit the pavement, and the car was never hit! I would suggest that they make the carts better in the locking capability! Other than that it was a very pleasant stay!"

"I was surprised they charged me for parking fee. It was not alot but-still. The elevator was weird. The building look new. The carpets were not vacuumed in the lobby and in the room."

"Started a little ruff. But the room was clean and breakfast was great. The staff was all very friendly. There is a new policy that everyone who stays at the hotel pays a holding fee for room damage which has a 1 day return after your stay. Notes in the booking could be helpful."

"We had a great stay in the Ferryboat Townhome, with a lot to recommend it and a few areas that could use some attention. The pros: The townhome is enormous, very clean, and exceptionally convenient to everything Winslow has to offer. Having a private garage and elevator is a real bonus. Check-in was brilliantly simple: we received an email a few days before arrival with the garage and door codes and were able to let ourselves in without any additional steps. Towels were also provided in abundance, which was appreciated. The townhome is not air-conditioned, and we happened to be there during a heat spell. There are several fans throughout the townhome, however, and they kept the rooms reasonably comfortable. If having an ice-cold room is important to you, I would probably book one of the property's air-conditioned accommodations instead. The cons: The overall look and feel of the townhome is somewhat dated, with an aesthetic that feels more early 2000s than contemporary. Everything was clean and functional, so this is more about décor and finishes than condition, but a thoughtful refresh would make a significant difference given how impressive the size and layout of the space are. The duvet in the primary bedroom, while clean, had several small holes that were difficult to overlook. It feels like the linens are due for a refresh. The secondary bedroom was also quite sparse, with no artwork on the walls. This is obviously a minor issue, but adding a few decorative touches would give the room considerably more warmth and personality. Housekeeping came one day but not another. This wasn't a significant problem for us, but we weren't sure whether daily housekeeping was intended or what accounted for the missed service. Finally, while the property is very close to the harbor, the harbor views are largely from the second-floor bedrooms. As a result, you don't particularly "feel" the waterfront location while spending time in the main living areas. In fairness, the property isn't marketed as a waterfront hotel, so our expectations weren't otherwise. Overall, the tremendous amount of space, easy check-in, cleanliness, garage, elevator, and walkability to Winslow outweighed the shortcomings. Given the relatively limited lodging options on Bainbridge Island, we would happily stay in the Ferryboat Townhome again."
