"Amazing location with incredibly clean, fresh air. The staff speak good English and are very friendly and helpful. The resort is beautiful, and the food was absolutely delicious. The price is very reasonable for what you get. The onsen was amazing, whether you choose the private onsen or the public one. Everything was spotless and exceptionally well maintained. I highly recommend staying here! I especially love that they include a yukata that you could wear around the hotel I brought my own but it’s very appropriated. 10/10 would come again wonderful experience Thank you"

"The hotel is located in a quiet area of ​​Mae Rim, perfect for a peaceful retreat. The rooms are very spacious and include a large kitchen. The rooms are clean, the pool is a good size, and there's also a gym and a coffee shop selling simple Thai food. Although breakfast isn't included, there's a 7-Eleven about an 8-minute walk away. The staff are friendly. I plan to come back next year."

"Stayed at 301 room for 2 days, the plumbing is stuck hence the washroom has unpleasant odors; there is room for improvement for washroom/ amenities (I.e. proper storage for shampoo/ body shampoo)"

"Our stay at Mae Rim Grace was truly wonderful!!! The house was beautiful and had everything we needed, so comfortable and in a tasteful Thai style. The location was excellent, right in the middle of Mae Rim. The staff were wonderful, particularly the breakfast was beyond our expectations! I have never been to a place where they come in and cook breakfast for you. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the staff came in and were very polite and efficient. Khun Pen was there for our every need, even bringing small gifts to our 3 daughters. Staying at Mae Rim Grace felt like a home a way from home, I only wish we could stay longer! The pool was also great, and the outdoor area was perfect for lounging around. Highly recommend this place and we can’t wait to stay again!"

"It's not far from Tiger Kingdom or the elephant spot, but it's far from the city center, so you probably won't be able to catch a taxi on the way back from the Khom Loi Festival. Even if they took us there, they wouldn't be able to pick up other customers on the way back, so they would either charge several times the price or refuse to take us. I wouldn't recommend it if you're not staying in Chiang Mai for long, but the pool and restaurant are nice, so it's recommended if you're staying for a long time."
