The staff is polite and always ready to help; you can really feel their care for each customer. A special bonus is the laundry room on the ground floor, which is very convenient, especially for long stays. It has a quiet atmosphere, a good location, and reasonable prices. "It's even better than the photos! It's amazing to find a place like this in the middle of the city! Not only the rooms themselves, but even the smallest details, and even the kitchen utensils, you can feel the meticulous attention to detail. If you're looking for some privacy, this is a must-visit. Towels and bottled water are plentiful. We had a basement party room, but towels and wine glasses were also provided in the hallway. They even have a spin dryer in the room, thought they'd be there after swimming. The staff were friendly, and each room was beautiful. It was a place that showed their consideration. The pool water was incredibly clean, and even the tubes were fully equipped. We had a comfortable and cozy stay. I looked it up and found that there's a similar place in Jeonju that allows dogs. Next time, I'm planning to visit Jeonju with my dogs."

"It was a special experience because it was a room with a sauna. The bedding was comfortable, so I slept well. The noise is not completely soundproof, but I didn't have much inconvenience because I was sleeping with earplugs anyway! You can eat Han River ramen for free on the first floor and breakfast is free. I think the service is really good. Oh, yes! The middle of the floor is made of stone, but I think you should be careful with your knees when you go up and down. It was a little uncomfortable because my chin was high, but I used it carefully. The bathroom and TV are very big and I rested well anyway! Good good"

"The gateway to Gwangju, located in Jeollanam-do, is Youth Square at Gwangju Bus Terminal! This hotel is located 8 minutes on foot from Youth Square. It's very conveniently located when you come from other areas or when you go to Incheon Airport. The hotel rooms were very clean and I had a comfortable stay. There was a computer in the room so I could do research and the Wi-Fi was stable and very fast. There was also a refrigerator with two bottles of water, and the shower room was spacious and clean. There were dispensers on the wall for shampoo, conditioner, and body soap, and towels were also available! The bedroom was also very spacious, and I was able to easily spread out my large carrier, and there was a chair and desk so I could work easily. I was surprised to see that there was a dresser in the room so I could clean my clothes! There was a water server and a coffee machine at the front desk, which was very convenient ☕️ Breakfast was mostly Korean food, and there was Western food like bread and cereal! "Stayed for 4 nights in private room. Small but compact room with drawers and shelves for storage. Good hot working shower. Comfortable beds and efficient air con and fan. Plenty of food options and shops around as close to the university and good transport links to major attractions. Shared kitchen, small but everything you need. Due to this being shared, it was not always the cleanest as not everyone takes responsibility to clean after themselves. Hosts were LOVELY. Really friendly and always around for a chat. We sat with them for dinner one evening and we're given local fruits to try. Cheap and convenient."

"I searched for a tour of the Gwangju area and decided to go to Brown Dot Shinan. When I arrived, it seemed like a newly built building, clean and nice. The lobby was relatively spacious and cool, and the rooms were spacious and not stuffy. It was good. What was especially good was that the bathroom was very clean. The room was well heated, and there was an electric blanket on the bed. I slept warmly."
