"Parking was great, the apartment was quite big, was good that there was an in room washing machine. The WiFi did not work, as a work around the hotel provided the code of the WiFi from another apartment. Also the ac did not work since it was still winter season, we turned off the heating and opened the windows which cooled enough for us. Breakfast was good, we like local food so that was good for us. Location was bit weird as at night there are a lot of night clubs, young men outside to get people in."

"The location was a little hard to find using navigation. I booked a room for one night because I needed to go to the bus station the next day. It was about a ten-minute taxi ride from the bus station, very close. The room was very clean and newly renovated. The TV was huge, although I didn't have time to watch it. The bathroom was also very clean."

"Overall, I was very satisfied with the hotel itself. The rooms were clean, and the location was good, so I experienced no inconvenience during my stay. However, I had a disappointing experience regarding the service provided by some staff members, so I am writing this to record the facts exactly as they happened. I stayed for four nights from the 26th to the 30th. On the 26th, while staying in a room on the 7th floor, I had difficulty sleeping soundly due to loud traffic noise at night. Consequently, I visited the front desk on the morning of the 27th to request a room change. At the time, a male staff member wearing glasses directed me to a room on the 3rd floor; however, since my request was for a change due to noise issues, I asked if the 3rd floor was actually quieter. He subsequently changed me to the 9th floor, and this issue was resolved. However, while I felt that his overall judgment and response during this process were somewhat lacking and that he lacked common sense, I did not feel that the service itself was unfriendly. The problematic part occurred on the morning of the 29th. I woke up to a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the room and called the front desk to request that they check the surrounding rooms because there was a strong smell of cigarettes in my room. The actual conversation that followed was as follows: Staff: ”Would it be alright if I visited your room?” Me: “Yes, I’m fine.” After about 15 minutes passed without any visit, I called back. Me: “Why aren’t you coming?” Staff: “Since you said you were fine, I assumed you meant I shouldn’t come.” Honestly, this response was quite perplexing. Me: “No, I meant it was okay for you to come up.” Staff: “You didn’t tell me to come up.” Me: “You didn’t tell me not to come up either.” Staff: “I’ll come up.” Later, the staff member visited the room and informed me that it had been confirmed that I had left the adjacent room after smoking just before. Overall, I was very satisfied with the hotel’s facilities, cleanliness, and location. However, regarding the staff member’s interaction, I felt significant disappointment in terms of basic communication, situational judgment, and service response. In particular, the fact that they misinterpreted my request and delayed the response seems to require improvement. I believe that if the staff member’s service and response training is supplemented, the overall satisfaction with the hotel will increase even further."

"It has been newly remodeled, so it is clean and the amenities smell nice. The fitness center on the 2nd floor is a bit dusty and needs maintenance. I was very satisfied."

"It caught my eye while looking at various accommodations for our year-end party, so I booked! It was cold so we couldn't use the pool, but when I put my hand in, it was surprisingly warm. It was so cold outside, but the inside was incredibly warm. The heated floors were so nice, haha. There's also a kitchen, so we washed some fruit and ordered delivery! There were four of us, and the beds were comfortable and cozy, which made it even better. There's a supermarket right in front, so it's easy to get groceries, and there's a convenience store, Daiso, cafes, and more nearby. The location is super convenient. :) The other rooms looked great in the brochure, so I'd love to try them out, not just the party room!"

"The hotel doesn't look particularly impressive from the outside, but this is my second stay and I've always received a very warm welcome. The rooms are cleaned daily, and two bottles of water are provided. A washer and dryer with detergent and fabric softener are available for guests to use, and the staff very kindly showed me how to operate them. The hotel is a five-minute walk from a metro station and pedestrian streets, making it a great location for exploring the city and finding restaurants."

"주변에 유흥업소가 많은 편이라 조금 더 안심하고 머물고자 롯데호텔 계열 호텔로 예약했습니다. 전반적인 서비스와 시설은 만족스러웠고, 이용하는 데 큰 불편함은 없었습니다. 다만 객실 내 암막커튼이 완전히 잘 설치되어 있지 않아 빛 차단이 아쉬웠습니다. 수면 환경에 예민하신 분들은 이 부분을 참고하시면 좋을 것 같습니다."

"I searched for a tour of the Gwangju area and decided to go to Brown Dot Shinan. When I arrived, it seemed like a newly built building, clean and nice. The lobby was relatively spacious and cool, and the rooms were spacious and not stuffy. It was good. What was especially good was that the bathroom was very clean. The room was well heated, and there was an electric blanket on the bed. I slept warmly."
