On the way to the Grand Canyon, pass through Kingman for one night. Because it was already late at night and it was heavy snow, I didn't go out to go shopping, but I remember that there was a large supermarket nearby, and it should be convenient to supplement food. There is a parking lot, but no porter will help you with your luggage. This hotel is fully equipped with refrigerators, microwaves, dishes, cutlery, etc. In short, instant noodles are sure to be no problem. The breakfast is very, very simple, just like milk, waffles, iced boiled eggs, it seems that there are still two, forget, and forget to take pictures 😂😂 The important thing to say is that the bedding of this house is very comfortable, using ultra soft fabric, which makes me want to buy the same bedding.

After a 10 hour day of driving, I was looking forward to getting to another Marriott property. I've stayed at hundreds of them across the USA and they're usually reliable. Not this property. I arrived on Thursday 10/13/22 and was greeted by a lovely female employee who was attentive, kind, funny and an excellent representation of the Marriott Brand. She told me about food options in the area and my check-in was quick. When I got to my room I immediately realized that the management of this hotel doesn't care about the integrity of the Brand as the room had flaws that could and should be addressed. I was in room 323. The couch has a large mystery stain on one of the pads making the couch useless. There is one outlet near the bed which is used for the alarm clock and two pin-point lamps attached to the head board. There were no other outlets near the bed. I had to unplug one lamp in order to charge my phone. As the only hardwired phone in the room is in the ”living area,” I kept my mobile phone near the bed in case of an emergency during the night. The curtain in the room wasn't completely hung on the rod. Whoa to the designer who put the head of the bed right next to the room air conditioner, Having cold air blow on your face all night isn't healthy nor does it assist in a good nights sleep. Luckily it wasn't too hot outside so I turned the unit off when I went to bed. There was a 5 foot tall sign in the lobby announcing a ”Sip, Snack and Socialize” event, daily from 4-10pm. When I went down to the lobby nothing was set up. When I inquired, the bearded man behind the check-in desk said that they weren't going to do it because two employees were needed to set it up and he was the only one working. I asked why the sign wasn't taken down, or turned toward the wall and he gave me a trite response. Again, lack of integrity for the Marriott Brand. I then went to the outdoor seating area. Half the couches and chairs lacked any kind of seat cushioning and were covered in bird droppings. Again, lack of attention to cleaning. It was meant to be a welcoming environment, but it turned out to be the exact opposite. The toilet, bathroom and shower were clean and the bed was comfortable, but I doubt I'll ever stay here again.

Good clean room with everything we need. Staff friendly. The covered area outside the front door a necessity for protection from the wind and rain rain. Lots of dining options close by and close to the freeway. Like every La Quinta we’ve stayed at on this trip, the coffee is terrible. Skip it and stop at McDonalds on your way out. This is a tough review to write as I am originally from Kingman and want to see my hometown thrive and succeed but this hotel is an abomination. For background, I’m a Hilton Diamond member and have seen the spectrum of Hiltons in the brand. This is - by far - the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in the chain. Some reasons for my review: 1. Breakfast is across the board 6am at Hamptons. This hotel has covered over the breakfast sign with a printed piece of paper changing breakfast time on weekends to 7am. 2. The hotel has a sign when you enter saying “pets not permitted” & someone has “sharpie markered” out the word “not”. 3. The ice maker was broken. 4. Cigarette butts and bottle caps litter the formerly landscaped entrance. 5. We killed a roach in our room and there were several dead bugs in each of the light fixtures. 6. Pigeons have come to roost all along the outside of the hotel with pigeon poop and feathers welcoming guests. 7. Towels are not hanging from the racks, but stacked and very few supplied. 8. Updates include a horrible yellow light that bears no resemblance to the rest of the room. Damage to the wall where bedside lamps used to hang is visible and has not been repaired. 9. There is significant damage to the walls and furniture that needs a major overhaul. On the plus side, the employees were nice and offered water to me as a Diamond member. I’ve seen older Hampton Inn’s that later go on to routine Hilton updates and the improvements that can be made. Unfortunately, this hotel has been languishing so long I’m not sure that the routine updates that Hilton provides will be enough to fix the problems in this situation. This hotel needs stucco redone on the outside, major bug infestation remediation, pigeon remediation, and overall enhancements to improve the brand. Whether the Hilton logo should still be affixed to this property is a more urgent question.

The facilities of the motel are poor, the rooms are not big, the old-fashioned TV, there is no coffee machine in the room, but the front desk is very good, enthusiastic how to use the coffee machine to make hot water and make coffee, convenient check-in and check-out, there is a home diagonally opposite The station is the cheapest on this trip, 2.55/gallon. There is a steakhouse less than three kilometers away!

We stopped at this hotel 2 times in a week. We made reservations ahead of time as a halfway mark on our way to LA for Thanksgiving. The first night stay was fine and breafast was good. On the way way back home we got checked into room 107and the room needs to be cleaned up, not to mention has several hazards of metal sticking out of the side of the bed frame and walls. The outlet cover was missing where the TV, Microwave and fridge was plugged in and actually keep getting tripped so we had to keep unplugging and plugging back in the TV to get it work. Scuffs all over the walls, and ceiling stains in the bathroom as well as the paint even bubbled up and peeling. Mold on the bathroom floor. We expressed our dissatisfaction upon checkout and the worker just told us the manager was not available. A clean room was all we were expecting after a long day of travel and was unsuccessful. We paid 117.00 for a dirty, unmaintained room. No resolution what so ever. Think long and hard before booking your stay at this location. I wished I could share my pictures. They speak volumes

This is a tough review to write as I am originally from Kingman and want to see my hometown thrive and succeed but this hotel is an abomination. For background, I’m a Hilton Diamond member and have seen the spectrum of Hiltons in the brand. This is - by far - the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in the chain. Some reasons for my review: 1. Breakfast is across the board 6am at Hamptons. This hotel has covered over the breakfast sign with a printed piece of paper changing breakfast time on weekends to 7am. 2. The hotel has a sign when you enter saying “pets not permitted” & someone has “sharpie markered” out the word “not”. 3. The ice maker was broken. 4. Cigarette butts and bottle caps litter the formerly landscaped entrance. 5. We killed a roach in our room and there were several dead bugs in each of the light fixtures. 6. Pigeons have come to roost all along the outside of the hotel with pigeon poop and feathers welcoming guests. 7. Towels are not hanging from the racks, but stacked and very few supplied. 8. Updates include a horrible yellow light that bears no resemblance to the rest of the room. Damage to the wall where bedside lamps used to hang is visible and has not been repaired. 9. There is significant damage to the walls and furniture that needs a major overhaul. On the plus side, the employees were nice and offered water to me as a Diamond member. I’ve seen older Hampton Inn’s that later go on to routine Hilton updates and the improvements that can be made. Unfortunately, this hotel has been languishing so long I’m not sure that the routine updates that Hilton provides will be enough to fix the problems in this situation. This hotel needs stucco redone on the outside, major bug infestation remediation, pigeon remediation, and overall enhancements to improve the brand. Whether the Hilton logo should still be affixed to this property is a more urgent question.

We stopped at this hotel 2 times in a week. We made reservations ahead of time as a halfway mark on our way to LA for Thanksgiving. The first night stay was fine and breafast was good. On the way way back home we got checked into room 107and the room needs to be cleaned up, not to mention has several hazards of metal sticking out of the side of the bed frame and walls. The outlet cover was missing where the TV, Microwave and fridge was plugged in and actually keep getting tripped so we had to keep unplugging and plugging back in the TV to get it work. Scuffs all over the walls, and ceiling stains in the bathroom as well as the paint even bubbled up and peeling. Mold on the bathroom floor. We expressed our dissatisfaction upon checkout and the worker just told us the manager was not available. A clean room was all we were expecting after a long day of travel and was unsuccessful. We paid 117.00 for a dirty, unmaintained room. No resolution what so ever. Think long and hard before booking your stay at this location. I wished I could share my pictures. They speak volumes
