"I was looking for a hotel close to a friend's house and took a chance on the Best Western Plus. The area I was in is known to me and frankly, I wasn't looking forward to staying in that area, but I am glad I did. The hotel is only two floors and as it is an older property it was suggested that I stay on the second floor for less noise. I did stay there during the week so that may have helped with the noise level. The room was very clean and the view to the golf course was very nice. The complimentary breakfast was very good, make your own pancakes via the machine in the photos listed. A washer and dryer, coin operated, was available for use. A gym and a small snack area were also available. **They do not have a shuttle, but are still close to the airport and right on the golf course. A Chinese restaurant and an Irish pub were close by. I was told to try the pub, but thought I would go in for some American-style Chinese. Give it a miss. I should have. Irish next time. ***QUICK NOTE*** Wi-fi IS available in the rooms. In the description it read only in the common areas, but it is free and available in the guest rooms. I would definitely stay at this hotel again."

"The hotel was big and relatively clean. We did find some stray hairs in the shower and the bathtub mat was a bit old but worked great. The breakfast was good and the service was excellent. Everyone was friendly. Be aware that there is a local hockey rink near by and lots of families with kids stay here. Some of the children were well behaved and monitored by their parents and some were not. So if you are looking for quiet and relaxing this may not be the place for you. It was the perfect spot for us to stay on our weekend adventure and the price was right."
