"The view from every room is great — mountains and the pool right in front. But make sure to inspect the room closely on arrival. Some areas may not be as clean as they appear, and there were bugs that bit during the night. Bring insect repellent just in case."

"From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome by the friendly staff. Our rooms were located on the 2nd level overlooking the sea with beautiful sea breeze in the evening and 180 degree view across the bay. The included breakfast provided ample choice with good size helpings. Recommend Tuk Tuk driver Sol was very polite and helpful and also arranged our trip to Rabbit Island. If climbing stairs are a problem suggest requesting a room on level 1"

"Peaceful retreat close to the Crab market and Kep Nature reserve. Fantastic service from a yummy breakfast to drinks by the pool and help in booking scooters and transport to the Bungalows. Simple, clean room with huge bed and a good size bathroom."

"Called in for lunch today looking for something different as we have been eating rice and noodles for the last two weeks. Menu was presented looked nice and stylish. Chose a couple of beers from a pleasant French lady, possibly Tara A Caesar’s salad and a tuna baguette. The French lady apologised and said they didn’t have a proper caesars salad dressing but it was close. On arrival the c salad had no garlic croutons the lady came hastily back and said the chef hadn’t put in any bread and would bring it shortly, it duly arrived “a slice of toast cut into cubes” In addition to no croutons there was no bacon, no anchovies, very little chicken and an enormous pile of lettuce and onion and a boiled egg. The dressing didn’t resemble anything near c s dressing and very little of it . In fact we had a very sparse egg and chicken salad no frills The tuna on the baguette appeared to have been applied with a paintbrush it was so thin appearances can deceptive Tara’s lodge certainly was"

"Just spent 5 nights at Birds of Paradise Bungalows and wwwoooowww . Best hospitality we had had in 8 weeks of travelling . Amazing location , 5 minute walk to crab markets and loads of fantastic restaurants ( crazy good seafood ) . These bungalows are really big , impeccably clean beautiful tropical setting with all to services you could need . Steve and Sotheary are wonderful hosts and go above and beyond to make your stay perfect . Bed was super comfortable ( a rarity in Asian countries), unlimited hot water fantastic breakfasts of which they serve to you on your balcony. Do yourself a favour and look no further than here . Can’t rate our experience high enough ."

"The conditions of the farmhouse are not very good. The place is quite remote. The boss is quite polite. But the house is too small and there is no drinking water inside. I left after one night. It is too far away and the transportation is not convenient. You should not stay here in the future."
