Extremely friendly and helpful staff! Beautiful and interesting buildings with amazing room decor. It has a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere with a restaurant and spa.

The service is good, food is medium flavor.

Peaceful retreat close to the Crab market and Kep Nature reserve. Fantastic service from a yummy breakfast to drinks by the pool and help in booking scooters and transport to the Bungalows. Simple, clean room with huge bed and a good size bathroom.

Really good price to value ratio. Very nice and friendly staff. The bed was comfortable and there was a hammock on the terrasse. The location on the other end is not the best, missing restaurants on the surroundings and on the other side of a big road.

I've been here many times,as usual everything is good ! It's can't see the Seaview, but it's quite and relax place!

We enjoyed the room enough to book a second night!

Wonderful hotel. Convenient location, 10 minutes walk to the crab market. Friendly staff. It was very pleasant to talk with Vanya, especially since I was pleasantly surprised that he knows Russian. It was an early departure and he arranged for me to be taken to Kampot. We will definitely come again.
