Nyamunyonyi Lake Resort
"I recently had a pleasure of staying at Nyamunyonyi Lake Resort, I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. The rooms were spacious, and breathtaking views of the lake. I would recommend the place for vacationists and honeymooners. Services: The Hospitality at Nyamunyonyi Lake Resort is exceptional, the staff is genuinely warm and goes out of their way to ensure your stay is enjoyable."
Lake Bunyonyi Rock Resort
"Each and every staff member that we came in contact with was wonderful, so attentive and inquiring what they may do for us. Melvin, thank you for your attention and smiles. Our room attendant (sadly I’ve forgotten his name) was wonderful, quick to fill our request for an extra blanket, cold beers and he even offered to and clean my husbands messy muddy jungle trekking shoes. Great job! Our dinner with a view was great. I don’t even like pumpkin but I truly enjoyed the flavors of the pumpkin soup. Main course as well as the dessert were very tasty and filling, we couldn’t finish our meals. Job well done! Highly recommend"
Hakyiri B&B
"My husband and I visited Hakyiri for a short getaway break, and we can confirm it was the best decision ever. Right in the heart of Kabale Town, one would imagine a noisy environment but what we experienced was complete and uttermost serenity. The beautiful place became home for us the staff were very professional, yet very hospitable. The rooms are spotlessly clean and immaculate. The breakfasts are as tasty as they appear on the photos, plus I could access my beloved Netflix I could go on and on and on... If you are looking for tranquil away from the hustle and bustle of daily life, Hakyiri is the place to be. I could recommend it again and again and again."
White Horse Inn
"I was staying there as I was on a short term mission to help at a new medical clinic in Lake Bunyonyi. The White Horse Inn became my home for a few weeks. I loved it as it was comfortable with nice, peaceful gardens. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was good, especially the fish fingers! My bed was very comfortable. The only thing negative was the water pressure was poor in the shower. I was able to get my laundry done regularly which was a real plus."
Bird Hill Resort Ug
"This was the best retreat we ever had in uganda. Thank you Bird hill resort for making our stay memorable. My family and I enjoyed the best of south west uganda , thanks to the amazing staff at this resort who went far and beyond to make our stay comfortable and fun."
Agandi Uganda Eco-lodge
"Amazing view, cozy chalets in traditional style with friendly staff. Highly recommend not only for the quality of accommodation but also its delicious food. Each coffee it’s serve with warm smile and sparkling eyes. Closes to the ranger point to start gorilla tracking. We loved it."
Paradise Eco-Hub, Lake Bunyonyi
"Lake Bunyonyi is stunning and this resort is a great place to explore it from. A nice serene and quiet island where the staff will make you feel welcome. We also went on a canoe trip with a guide from the hotel and this was great. He was able to tell us more about the location and Uganda in general."
Lake Bunyonyi Eco Resort
"It's a comfortable place to stay with a beautiful view of the lake, transportation is easy and affordable. This is a place you would go and enjoy a wife rage of water birds, I enjoyed listening to all kinds of birds whistle, took better pictures of kinds of birds. It also made it easier to reach mugahinga national Park where we did gorilla tracking. It was such a a beautiful experience, come explore with us"
Bunyonyi Overland Resort
"This hotel is truly a resort facility, not the usual safari lodge. Set on the shores of Lake Bunyonyi, the views are spectacular! The room where we stayed was similar to a standard western hotel. It was spacious and clean, but the beds a bit lumpy. We had the misfortune to arrive with a group of partying 20-somethings who celebrated with great gusto in the next room until 4 in the morning, so it’s difficult to call our stay restful. We wished during the night that we had a method of contacting staff to intercede on our behalf with the neighbors, as we were reluctant to confront them. The food, however, was wonderful, the gift shops well-stocked with all things Uganda, and the staff were helpful and pleasant, even coming to our room after hours to help us figure out how to get some hot water. I can imagine that under different circumstances, it would be a nice place to stay."
