Fantastic rooms with an even better view of the lake. The service was personable and helpful as well. It was our daughter's birthday, and they brought out a cake and sang and danced with us. It made for a memorable birthday. Perhaps the best peppercorn steak I've ever had! A relaxed and serene place to stay. Our family of four (2 teenagers) would definitely stay again.

After gorilla trekking in Bwindi we decided to relax at Lake Bunyonyi and Rock Resort was our choice. This is the perfect place for relaxing on a holiday. Amazing sunset, super rooms, great food and staff. The boat transfer was excellent. We explored the islands and saw wildlife and birds.

We had a last minute change of our accommodation through out tour company from other place to Lake Bunyonyi Rock Resort, and I'm so glad we did. This place has a beautiful location on the lake, wonderful views and looks great as you approach from the water. Kenneth and his team are all wonderful and very accommodation. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

The staff at the Rock Resort were rea;;u wonderful; they couldn't do enough for us. They looked after everything; arranged tours and kept us supplied with food and drink in the restaurant or down by the swimming area. Tyson, our tour guide was fantastic too; he took us out to lay the crayfish traps, and cooked our catch for lunch, then took us on a hike to the top of the hill for some amazing views of the lake and its surrounding areas. He was full of really useful information and stories. He came back in the evening for a few games of pool in the local bar too! Our rooms had wonderful views of the lake with a private bathroom and private terrace out front. I would highly recommend this place for a few relaxing days after your gorilla safari or just somewhere to go for a peaceful break.

We stayed here 2 nights after Gorilla trekking and it was an amazing place. The lodge is right on the edge of the lake with fantastic views from each room balcony and the restaurant terrace , especially at sunset when you can enjoy the view whilst having dinner or a swim. They do full board and food was always tasty with great choices. The best thing above all were the staff, so friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed doing the hiking and crayfish fishing activities with Tyson who was a really knowlegable guide, and so passionate about the place. He teaches the local kids to swim and hopes to set up a charity with volunteering options one day. Overall really great place to relax and enjoy rural nature and village life in Uganda.

Greetings..!! In this way I would like to communicate my experience at Lake Bunyonyi Rock Resort. From the very first beggining of our stay all of the employees gave us the most outstanding services...The manager Kenette, the waiters Annette, Gideon, Silus Bruce, and the boat driver Tyson gave us the most welcoming attention. Annette mentioned to me that she sleeps like a baby lion King of the jungle!!!...She made us laugh...The Super delicious meals by CHEEF Beckman, and the spectacular breakfasts in front of the Lake made our experience at Lake Buyonyi unforgettable...My room had the most beautiful view to the lake... THANKS TO ALL OF THE STAFF..!! We take with us to Puerto Rico a beautiful memory...It was a very long journey, but it was worthed... My Beloved Wife and I are more than grateful. Big hug and continue doing an excellent job

Travelled with my friends to lake bunyonyi rock resort on 26th January 2024. We enjoyed the kayaking,the food wow. beautiful views from our rooms the care we were given they are so welcoming with big smiles. My friends loved the Rolex and ovacado Thank you

On the day of our arrival we were told that the quote we had been sent and the invoice we had already paid was USD 950 too low. Anyone can make mistakes, but we did not feel that the local management handled it professionally and timely. Compared to other places, the revised price makes the place not good value for money. Breakfast was standard, dinner a buffet. Setting is very beautiful and away from any noice.

We spent a perfect night at the Rock Resort. The staff was very friendly and very obliging. Our room had an amazing view and the beds were the most comfortable in Uganda. We enjoyed a very delicious dinner at the lakeside. We would definitely recommend to stay there.
