Kempinski Hotel Jinan

The hotel ambiance is grand and elegant, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The bedding is soft and comfortable. Employee Elsa was very responsive and professional. Overall, it offers great value for money.

Stayed at Kempinski again and it felt like coming home. The front desk upgraded me to an executive floor room for free. The room layout was excellent, the bed was huge, and everything was great. It would be even more perfect if the breakfast selection were richer.

I visited Jinan for a short weekend trip and this is my second time staying at the Kempinski with my family. The hotel is located in the eastern part of Jinan and is currently the city's tallest hotel, with the lobby on the 52nd floor and guest rooms generally starting from the 66th floor and above. It's about four to five kilometers from the Olympic Sports Center and Sam's Club. The standard rooms are spacious and quite large, making them excellent value for money.

The duty manager called in advance to ask about my needs and thoughtfully sent my luggage to the hotel. I've stayed here many times. The views overlooking the high-tech zone are great.

Our whole family stayed here with my parents, and it was an excellent experience! The hotel environment is quiet and peaceful, and the hallways are flat and easy to walk, which is very senior-friendly. The room had plenty of natural light, was clean with no strange odors, and the bed was comfortable, with a thoughtful non-slip design. June, in the red uniform, provided attentive and efficient service. The surrounding area has complete amenities, making it convenient for dining and strolls. The soundproofing was excellent; it wasn't noisy at all, ensuring my elders got a good night's rest. Overall, it was clean and tidy, with well-maintained facilities and a reasonable price. Our whole family was very satisfied. It's highly recommended for family trips!

The room was spotless, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable – I love soft mattresses, so I slept really well! The high-floor view was also very relaxing. I stayed for two nights and took the opportunity to try the hotel's dining options. The Eggs Benedict were excellent, and the cocktails were good too. The steakhouse on the first floor offers a great 15% discount for hotel guests, making it fantastic value for money. I ordered my steak medium-well, and the doneness was perfect (though it would be even better if they could expand their side dish and wine menu). The pool, while not huge, has complete and clean facilities, including a sauna. Although the hotel is a bit far from the old town, this also means it's very quiet. The concierge service was prompt and responsive. It's an ideal hotel for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Highly recommended!

Huge thanks to Ms. Micki for her wonderful service! She upgraded our room, and the view was absolutely fantastic. We were lucky to have clear, sunny weather during our stay, so the panoramic view from our room was endless – definitely worth a visit. The breakfast was plentiful, and the overall service was warm and welcoming. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Jinan.

Absolutely fantastic! The room was bright and spacious, the bedding was comfortable, and the view was great. It's on a very high floor, offering excellent scenery of Jinan's CBD – truly the final touch on the city's construction project. Highly recommended!

The hotel is very new, tall, and luxurious, having only been built a few years ago. The lobby is on the 52nd floor, and the lowest guest room floor is on the 55th. We'd like to thank the hotel for the complimentary upgrade to an executive floor room on the 68th floor during our stay. The view was even better, and it made our experience truly unforgettable and well worth the trip!
