"I specifically chose this hotel as it was the only five-star option nearby, but to my surprise, it turned out to be the worst five-star hotel experience I've ever had. (1) The hygiene standards were nowhere near what I'd expect from a five-star hotel. My daughter woke up the next morning with an allergic reaction on her face and body (she's never had allergies before). After removing the pillowcase, there were obvious stains on the pillow (I forgot to take a picture). (2) At breakfast, I picked up four different plates, and all of them had foreign objects on them. (3) The most infuriating part was on our third morning. After breakfast, we were about to head back to our room to pack for our high-speed train, but the room door lock ran out of battery, locking us out for almost 20 minutes before a staff member finally arrived with a mechanical key to open the door. Given this level of management, service, and hygiene, I honestly think this hotel barely qualifies as a three-star. I highly doubt I'll ever stay here again."

"Came here on a business trip and stayed once, satisfied! The computer desk and swivel chair in the room are very practical, allowing you to spread out your computer and documents and work comfortably. I didn’t expect there was a washing machine. Even the detergent was prepared. After washing, I went directly to the rooftop to dry the clothes. The clothes smelled so good after being dried in the sun. The bedding is clean and has no odor. It is very friendly to people like me who love cleanliness. I will choose this place again when I travel on business in the future. It is cheap!"

"I was absolutely disgusted by this Hanting Hotel! I specifically told the front desk beforehand that I wanted a quiet room, but they put me in a noise hell right next to the elevator and facing the street! The windows were like paper, and the traffic noise from the street kept me awake until 3 a.m. I was then woken up early by the loudspeakers of square dancing from the opposite square, my head was throbbing. I kept asking for a room change until 11 a.m., and the new room was on the 3rd floor. Even with the windows closed, I could hear people talking downstairs—the soundproofing was ridiculously bad! This awful room was uninhabitable. I immediately cancelled my reservation and quickly found another hotel to catch up on sleep! I had an important meeting in the afternoon, and this ordeal left me completely exhausted, affecting my performance and draining my energy. I paid money to suffer like this! Anyone who stays here will regret it; I will never set foot here again!"
