"We stayed at Pousada Burundanga for four nights and Luis and his father made sure everything was perfect. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with housekeeping every day. Being a 5-10 minute walk from the centre means that it’s also quite peaceful with we appreciated. The breakfast was excellent with good quality choices and regional delicacies for us to try every day. The pool was clean, very refreshing and the gardens are lovely. We even spotted a pair of toucans in the tree one morning which was a treat. We’d happily recommend a stay here! "

"We had a great stay and the service was amazing, all the staff were friendly, helpful and always smiling. Here are some of the names I can think of (apologies if I get the spelling wrong!) Reinoldo, Reni and haiora in the reception. Breakfast staff: lay, Lou, lone, Josi and naty. Graziele the manager. Alona, adelio, Rafaela, tayane and Adriana the amazing cleaners The location is also very good, a few min to a very nice beach and very near the high street with all the restaurants and bars"

"Ahhhhhhh!!!! O que falar dessa pousada!!! Experiência incrível desde a recepção só chegar até a hora de ir embora. Quarto limpo e muito agradável, café da manhã muito gostoso. Temos a Cacau ( cachorrinha) que na verdade é a dona da pousada, juntamente com duas gatinhas que fazem o charme da pousada. A piscina com a hidro são uma delícia!!! A Fernandinha e a Elaine são uns amores, assim como o pessoal que prepara o café da manha. Simplesmente encantada com a Pousada.. Voltaremos em breve."

"Average hotel and I wouldn’t stay again. Bathroom needs some work, very strong and unpleasant smell from cleaning products. Swimming pool also needs some attention, despite plenty of staff around, the cushions from the outdoor furniture was pilled up near the bar and we had to help ourselves and put them on the furniture 2 days in a row. Breakfast is very good and varies from day to day. The front desk staff are unprofessional, checkout was at noon, and as we were making our way to the reception, at noon sharp they started to call in the room. Despite the hotel been empty and I’ve mentioned that was my husband’s bday, they gave us a room with a view to the back of the neighbour hotel."
