"The hotel is very close to the airport and offers a shuttle bus service. For pickups, it runs approximately every half hour, so there was a bit of a wait. For departures, it's available 24/7, every 15 minutes, dropping off at different terminals. This is very convenient for guests catching early flights or those on a layover."

"Hour and a half waiting for the bus. You have to catch it far from where you land. No answer in why the driver was super late.  We were all upset. Too expensive for the service received."

"Needed to go to Prudential Center for a concert and decided that it is within walking distance. Check in was terrible. The front lady forgot about me after telling me to wait for 10 mins for my room. I requested for a room near the elevator as I hate walking down a long corridor, BUT she gave me the furthest room, next to the Exit stairs. Sigh….. Bed was comfortable. Rest of the room was ok but hot water took too long to heat up and the water pressure was pathetic. Elevator was slow and we had to wait a long time for the 2 elevators. Then in the evening one elevator broke down. The wait was excruciating long! At 1.30 am I got woken up by bratty kids stomping on my Neighbour’s door. And the nightmare began when the Neighbour from Hell decided to have a party in their room. I called the reception 3 times and they promised that they would send a security guard to ask them to quieten down. But the moment I hang up, I could hear their phone ring! No one came up and the noise continued. After the third call, someone finally came up and the party finally went away. I had to tolerate 3 hours of noise. The day before I was told that the airport shuttle would leave on the hour, every hour. So I came down at 7.45 am only to be told that it is half past every hour. So I had to wait for 45 mins in the lobby. At the lobby there were stragglers sleeping in the lobby. Overall I won’t come back to this hotel."

"It is extremely difficult to get by car because the surroundings are surrounded by highways. The shuttle van from the airport is also black and white, which is difficult to understand."

"I've stayed at the Courtyard in Colombo before and it was great, but this Courtyard is not the same as the other Courtyard. There are small shops all around, the speakers are very loud, the soundproofing in the room is poor, all kinds of noises are very noisy, it's hard to open the window in the room, the bedding is very average, there are no slippers, I don't dare to walk around, I usually don't write reviews, just want to remind my Chinese friends"

"I've stayed here multiple times and am always very satisfied. It's close to the airport and the hotel offers free airport transfers, which is super convenient for a layover. The rooms are spacious, the beds are very comfortable, and the breakfast is plentiful with some items changing daily."

"This was a layover hotel for us and it did the trick. It is only about 15 minutes away from Teminal C at EWR and also has shuttles that can drop you to the airport. Remember to call ahead of time and book your slot because the shuttle runs at scheduled time and can be full. They have a decent spread for breakfast. The reception is very helpful as well."

"I stayed at the hotel for four days, and the air conditioning had a sour, rancid smell. I complained, but they ignored it. The room was large and spacious, and the cleaning was good; they cleaned the room daily. The only downside was the lack of a kettle. I called housekeeping to get one, but they ignored me. Hot water could only be obtained from the lobby. They didn't even have a piece of tape, but they did offer it for money (not very convenient). Breakfast was pretty much the same every day. My friend said that airport hotels in the US are usually like this. There was a Telsa electric scooter in the paid parking lot (which was nice)."
