House is equipped for 6 people with possible room for an additional 2 with additional occupancy fee paid per day when approved at time of booking. Unregistered guests will be asked to leave premises and may be grounds for cancelation of booking without refund for breaking house rules. No Parties Allowed: no parties/large group gatherings above maximum house occupancy allowed unless previously approved by host at time of booking. Local law enforcement will be notified and booking will be canceled without refund. No Music Outside: please be respectful of the neighbors. Loud music at any time of day is not permitted. If enjoying the outdoor space during the day, please keep music levels to a low respectable level. If noise volume complaints are received, you will be asked to turn all music off outside during your stay. Do not put away any used linen/bedding. Housekeeper will wash ALL bedding/linen that has been used. If airbed is used, please leave out so they can be sanitized for the next guest. - If utilizing one of the couches as sleeping quarters, please place a sheet from the linen closet down to cover the couch firstToilet: Please, nothing but toilet paper should go in the toilet.
