The facilities are standard for Marriott in the United States, with a simple gym and swimming pool, and the breakfast is also an ordinary American breakfast. There was a white man at the check-in desk who was very friendly and told me in detail about the surrounding tourist attractions and nearby places to eat. I didn't have breakfast but wanted to drink some milk, and the staff opened the refrigerator for me. But this hotel is so expensive, compared with other Marriott hotels in the United States

Although the accommodation was a bit pricey, it offered a unique American retro vibe, and the nearby town of Jackson Hole is definitely worth exploring. The room was small but fully equipped, and it was quite pleasant to eat, sit, and chat outside.

Extremely disappointed to find fireplace in room wasn’t even in working order / connected up which was a main reason for booking this overpriced hotel. We were told someone would fix it which of course didn’t happen and wasn’t acknowledged our whole stay. The heater remote was also broken so only had one temp flat out fan. So couldn’t have that on either. The room pictures are absolutely not that you actually get. Incredible false advertising to say the least. All in all look elsewhere. So many other great places in the area where they care for their guests.

Jackson Hole is a small town, and the hotel is located on its outskirts, making it very quiet. The rooms are clean and tidy, with comfortable mattresses; most rooms have two 1.5-meter double beds. It's only a 3-minute drive to Elk Antlers National Park, and walking should also be convenient, as there's plenty of parking available. So, most people in the town drive. The town has many shops, each with its own unique character, as well as numerous art shops and restaurants, catering to various tastes, including Korean, Thai, Italian, and Western cuisine. We chose a Korean and a Western restaurant, having opted for the same Western restaurant ten years ago when we visited Grand Teton National Park. The Wagyu beef steak is highly recommended; it was excellent.

The motel is located in Jackson Township, very close to the town center. Deer Horn Park is just two blocks away. The rooms are large and the facilities are very complete. Recommended

The town environment is very good, and the breakfast is relatively rich. I live on the first floor, and there is a parking space outside the window, so I basically have to keep the curtains closed all the time. In addition, the air conditioner is not very easy to use. When the hot air is turned on, it whirrs, and it automatically stops after a while when the temperature reaches the required level. If it feels cold, I have to turn it on manually.

Trip If you have any needs for booking on the Internet, the online butler will contact the hotel at any time. This time, the two requirements are perfectly realized on the first floor. Next time, remember to ask for a room close to the swimming pool. Self-driving parking is at the door of the room, the waiter is responsive, warm and thoughtful! Starting with the good, the location is ideal and within walking distance of the main attractions in Jackson. The check in was fast & friendly, they have a good selection of drinks available at all times in the lobby & complimentary cookies at check in which were delicious. However, despite the lobby looking very nice and welcoming, the rooms are dingy and very dated, with carpets that needs to be replaced and peeling paint. That said, it was fine for a night’s stay where we didn’t spend much time at the hotel, but the expensive price is not reflective of the fact this is a 3 star hotel and is in desperate need of updating.

We ordered one day in advance without meals, the price is more than 2,000, a little expensive, about 1 km away from Antler Park in Jackson Town, if time is available, it is recommended to live in a small town far away from the scenic area or back to Salt Lake City.

We had a great stay overall. The location is very convenient and close to town, making it easy to get around and explore. The receptionists were friendly, welcoming, and happy to answer all of our questions, which made check-in smooth and pleasant. The facilities are clean but could use a small refresh, especially the curtains, but it didn’t impact our comfort during the stay. The continental breakfast was good, even without the pancake maker (which the front desk kindly informed us about at check-in). The mandarins were especially delicious! We also really appreciated that the kitchen opens in the morning and that popcorn and snacks are available in the evening. Those thoughtful touches made the stay feel extra welcoming. Overall, a convenient and comfortable place to stay with attentive staff.
