January through April checkout is 5pm and the rest of the year whenever we don't have renters the next day! One of the few 3br homes a few blocks from the beach, shops or restaurants in Capitola Village! It is set up with high speed internet and desks to Zoom as well as to load up the beach cart with beach chairs and a cooler to walk to the beach! An outdoor table and gas grill make this a perfect getaway. The house is historic, so the stairs leading up to the second floor are quite steep and short. Everyone should use the handrail when on the stairs.
