"This was my first time staying at this hotel. I was very satisfied with the clean, spacious room with an ocean view. I really enjoyed the heated swimming pool. All the staff were very kind and helpful. The service was quite good. I will definitely return here."

"For being such an expensive high end hotel I did expect things to be cleaner in the hotel room. You could see the basic easy perimeter of cleaning in the bathroom especially. There were some stains on the bedding as well that instantly gave my face a look. Arrived on a Friday evening and checked out for a late departure and no one was ever in our room to restock so we had to call and ask for more towels which wasn’t that big of a deal we just had a lot of garbage in our room from the weekend and a mound of dirty towels. It was an extremely busy weekend there as we were there for volleyball tournament and everything was pretty much booked up! I think the “resort fees” were really unnecessary as we didn’t even get to do much and my kids just all walked around and people watched and paying $1000 just for the regular hotel price is enough. It was a stay to play event so we had no other options in staying elsewhere. Restaurants inside were mediocre and outrageously expensive!! I just felt like it was a money pit and that’s the only intention it had. We were on the 15th floor and did get a great view of the sunrise/sunset right around the corner from our hotel door and I think that was the only thing we actually enjoyed there."

"It was helpful that they were able to accommodate connecting rooms. We were in the Havana Tower. We booked run of the house, which was a king bed in the hold tower. To upgrade to 2 beds and for connecting option it was an additional $29 fee."

"Great location, right by the beach, and super convenient for shopping at Tanger Mall. Perhaps because of the lower booking price, my room didn't have a window. Plus, there were constant knocks on the door at night, which really disturbed my sleep."

"Stayed over to see a show. They were sold out but we got the room through trip.com. Corner room was spacious, clean and had a great shower. Bathroom hair dryer wasn't working but they left an extra one. Got in later than we wanted due to traffic, went to the show, met with friends and ate late at night. Great selection available for late nite food. Burger was excellent (I'm picky about burgers). My only complaint - I thought the venue was too cold. Love that Hard Rock offer both smoking and non smoking rooms. I hate getting a room that has been smoked in."

"There was no remote to the Tv I called room service I asked for a remote remote control I received the remote control about a half hour later And the remote control didn’t work I immediately called the from desk for a bout an hour and there was no answer"

"Ok so first let me just say for the price we paid on the days we went. It wasn't horrible. I would go back BUT YMMV so this was my experience. Location was great. Right on the boardwalk and an easy walk to Hard Rock when we went to the concert. Service was meh. The only time I had a friendly anyone in the establishment was the woman who checked us out. Everyone else that we interacted with were either disinterested or perfunctory. No help on where to find our rooms, no help on any services offered. We didn't even get the annoying (did you want to sign up for our card?) that you get in ****** hotels. I guess that was a plus. From my understanding we were on the ”older side” of the establishment. But regardless, staying on an entire floor that says non smoking it smelled of smoke. both cigarettes and ****. I don't care if you do either but I do care to smell either in my room or right outside my door (defeats the whole purpose of non smoking). Everything is dated which is whatever. but the blinds didn't work the coffee maker wire was too short for the ”dresser” so you had to keep moving it to the nightstand to use it. The room itself was relatively clean although the back of the nightstands hadn't been touched in a long time with all that accumulation of dust. Its design is just...weird. like so much random open area. I guess you can dance there lol. The ”dresser” didn't have drawers it had...like cubby holes. We didn't use them seemed pointless. I didn't even bother with the tv it was too far away and faced away from any sitting area (again weird layout). The ****** itself was ok. Nothing crazy although I did like that rotating bar they had. But again. EVERYWHERE just reeked of smoke. To use a comparison, at Hard Rock when you were on the ****** side sure people smoked there (i get it) but the hotel side of things smelled clean refreshing and airy. In the end, manage expectations and you'll be fine. If you are a smoker I am sure you will be fine too. If all you plan to do is sleep there its fine (although we were on the 7th floor and could still hear the music bumping below but the music was good so w/e lol) It works, again its not horrible. Its definitely 2.5-3 star range."

"Great location and the room wasnt bad . The hallways and remaining parts seem outdated and older Best advice, rip up rugs in the hallways use hard flooring that can be cleaned and mopped daily. Especially because it is high traffic and stays damp and impossible to clean. It will help"

"We ate dinner at Capriccio‘s. The bar and dining service was impeccable. The food delicious. Navigating through the hotel was difficult, there is not a lot of information on site as to the floor plan and where things are located. Would be nice to have maps like in a shopping mall. Traffic to most locations is routed through the ******. The smell of cigarette smoke was both shocking and unacceptable. The nicer bars closed down around 10 o’clock. It seemed. Had to go into the ****** for a late night cocktails. By that hour of the night ****** bars were messy, smoky and loud. All of the staff that we connect with, were very helpful and pleasant and went out of their way to accommodate us as much as they could ."
