Kuzey Park Hotel is clean and peaceful. The staff and management are very attentive and helpful. It is a recommended place to stay when you come to Uzungöl. Located above the lake, it offers a quiet setting away from the crowds. "I was very very disappointed with the hotel. It is my second time, my first time I was extremely happy with everything and decided to book again , but this time I was completely annoyed. Unfortunately, I found the hotel in a very unpleasant situation but a big plus for its staff and their efficiency specially the reception guys . A big thank you to them. Let us state the positive points, check in and out was quick and efficient. location is good. The employees are very attentive and efficient. Breakfast is great. Cleaning is done on daily basis. There is a spa and pool down but this time I didn’t use it so can’t say much. The view from the balcony is fabulous. The location of the hotel is excellent. Now lets talk about the room. Everything is old and not maintained well. Bedsheets, bedcover, pillows and pillow cases all are old and all have spots on them. On my arrival my bedsheets, bedcover & pillows had different spots on them . I immediately called the receptionist and everything was changed. Ac doesn’t work well. The toilet flush is broken & doesn’t work well. The carpets are old . I can’t say anything about towels for I never use hotel’s towels. I love this hotel but I was very disappointed with the situation that I saw when I stayed 4 days this time. Overall its ok & passable."

"One of the best places to live in Oznejal is a very wonderful place, and all the services are available, all the staff are confused and very helpful, especially Abdul Qad and Mustafa, and a grocery store very close to the location of the house."

"First we took a three-day room on our feet. And the reception was very good, and there were great young Syrians, great servants, and collaborators once, brother Mohammed and brother Amin and Cheif, very good Anan. And all of it, take two. They were very treated by Coase, the rooms were clean, and their location was sweet, about two minutes away, walking to the lake, we asked them to have a dummy and a brush, and along the way they went to us. Thanks for dealing with it."

"Excellent, nice, but it lacks air conditioning. There are bidets in the bathrooms, and they are clean. The location is near the lake."

"I don't want to recommend it. Secondly, the smell of the sewer in the hotel's bathroom is bad. Because it is electrical construction, there is no electricity all day and WiFi is not available. The lights come in late in the evening. There was an orange trace that didn't erase any of the provided towels, so it was unpleasant when I first opened it. I really don't want to recommend this hostel. Wu Jun-tung, who only got a cold in the sudden cold weather, has just a mosque, so it will be memorable enough to have a pretty lake and an expensive shop."
