"First time in Kemer and so glad found this little gem! small family run hotel in lovely setting in residential area away from loud large hotels yet close at centre . Spacious newly refurbished small Ottoman style hotel, large clean room, great pool and spacious seating/communal areas. Excellent Turkish buffet b’fast with lot of choice. Erkan and other staff super friendly and helpful and a group of resident cats and turtles add to the relaxed ambience! Will definetely stay here if return to Kemer."

"Good location, 3 minutes walk to the promenade, parking available. They put a lot of thought into the design, but the corridors are really interesting to walk through. The room is actually smaller than in the photo and the air conditioner needs to be adjusted by hand so that it does not blow on the bed. In general, everything is new. "We stayed 4 nights on July 15, 2026, we were very happy with cleaning, location. There is a clean pool in the hotel. We cooked our meat in the wooden area in the evening. "This hotel is really 'tired' and the rooms are run down. The photos on the website do not match reality. 1. The elevator is tiny and we always waited a long time. It was hard to squeeze in with a stroller, so I had to carry the stroller up and down to the second floor myself! 2. The restaurant is small, and the food is mediocre BUT FRESH, which is a plus. THERE IS NO KIDS' MENU! Even though 'children's meals' were advertised in the description. 3. The high chairs for kids were not cleaned after use. On the second day, the chair was just dirty (photo attached), so I had to clean it myself! 4. The coffee machine was dirty. The coffee and tea cups were dirty. 5. Everything in the rooms had a film on it – the shower, the shower cabin – it was disgusting to touch anything. Even the mirror was hung crookedly, which was the final straw! Upon check-in, there were someone else's black hairs in the closet and disposable slippers under the bed. The safe was broken and wouldn't lock. 6. The children's pool was ice cold. I had to bathe my one-year-old child in the adult pool! 7. When I ordered wine, they just gave it to me in an old plastic cup! The chairs in the hotel are plastic. Honestly, I cannot recommend this hotel. It barely scrapes by as a 3-star. My impressions are very mixed and sad. All that was good was the friendly and polite staff, the responsive entertainers, and the entertainment manager. The hotel is very small, boring, and run-down."

Все отели выбирали примерно одной ценовой категории, но этот превзошёл остальные по всем параметрам, он конечно не без недостатков, но оказался значительно лучше остальных по местоположению и окружающей инфраструктуре, близости к пляжу, чистоте и продуманности постройки и оборудования. Чистый, тихий, удобный, но главный его плюс - его персонал! Хорошие ребята, быстро и качественно решали возникающие вопросы. Спасибо им большое, я бы посоветовал этот отель для проживания 1-3 дня в Кемере."
