"Мы были в Турции 12 дней, и это был единственный отель из четырех, от которого мы получили стресс, а не комфорт. Самой неприятной ситуацией был размер номера. У нас был забронирован ”Двухместный номер Делюкс”, и размер на сайте был указан как 22 м2. Я всегда бронирую отели с размером комнаты не менее 18 м2 (путешествуем с молодым человеком). Когда мы зашли в номер, сразу стало понятно, что это никак не 22 метра! В номере нельзя даже разложить багажную сумку (ручную кладь - можно, но если у вас багажная сумка на 15-25 кг, ее будет разложить уже негде, только класть на кровать). Я вспомнила, что в эту поездку мне понадобилось взять измерительную ленту, так что мы для своего любопытства измерили номер (никогда подобным не приходилось заниматься в отеле!). В номере еще есть короб (справа от входа в ванную), он скрадывает много пространства, что между кроватью и стеной взрослому мужчине приходиться протискиваться боком. У нас получился санузел 3 м2 + 9,8 м2 комната = итого 12,8 м2! Вместо 22 м2! Ни в одной стране (мы посетили более 10 стран) за годы путешествий ни один отель так не обманывал с площадью номера, почти в 2 раза! Бессовестные! Освещение в номере ужасное - горела 1 лампочка, мы жили в полумраке как кроты (сравните на одном моем фото освещение в санузле и в комнате). Теоретически были еще 2 настенных светильника, но они оба не работали, видео приложу в Гугл-картах. Я написала сообщение отелю, но оно было проигнорировано. Шторы пропускают свет, солнце мешало спать. Крышка унитаза сломана. Выезд в 11 утра (обычно выезд в 12). Нет крючков для полотенец - непонятно, куда их вешать в ванной. Тропический душ не работал - шланг просто был вытащен и воткнут сам в себя. Работала маленькая лейка душа. Близко мечеть - вопли оттуда были слышны очень громко. Если вы не мусульмане, вам это не понравится. Последний раз это происходит примерно в полдесятого вечера, а потом в 5 утра примерно. Одеяла нет, только простынь (пододеяльник без одеяла). Есть чашки, но нет ложек и вилок О чем почти все написали в отзывах - слышно людей в коридоре очень сильно. Звукоизоляции ноль. Из плюсов: + в номере чисто + не убитая (не старая) мебель + можно посмотреть фильмы на ТВ, взятые с собой на флэшке + есть розетки с обеих сторон кровати + достопримечательности в 10 минутах ходьбы + при заезде предоставляется 1 литр воды в бутылках."

"I read several reviews and felt a little worried at first. But once I went there myself, as someone who truly loves history, I fell in love with this place without needing any reason at all. Everything about it made me want to return. I loved the beauty, the comfort, and how easy it was to walk around and visit historical sites. I honestly don’t know what it is about this hotel, but it made me fall deeply in love with Edirne — so much that I want to go back again and stay there longer. There is absolutely no reason for me to feel anything negative about this hotel. For those who expect a hotel to feel like a modern five-star luxury hotel, another place might suit you better. But for me, this hotel is five stars in the sense of emotion — for someone who truly loves Ottoman history. I will definitely return and spend more time there."
