"I made two separate bookings. The first was for a 2-night stay for myself from July 15-17, 2026, which went very smoothly and I was completely satisfied with it. The second booking was for the following week, a 1-night stay for my father and family from July 22-23, 2026, and that experience was absolutely terrible. I had initially made a mistake with the reservation date, and the manager very kindly offered to modify the booking, including changing the dates and the number of rooms, for an additional fee (which I understood and accepted). However, on my father's arrival day, a week later, the receptionist couldn't find any record of the modifications; only the original booking was in their system. We had to involve the manager again to try and fix the situation, and after a long wait at reception (with young children present), the issue was finally resolved. But then another problem arose: the hotel was fully booked, and there was no availability for a second room. After more than 1.5 hours of trying, the receptionist eventually managed to find two rooms for them. It turned out that this second room hadn't been cleaned at all; it was dirty, smelled musty, the air conditioning didn't work, and to make matters worse, there were cockroaches. My father and the family had a very unpleasant night. They ended up moving the mattresses into the other room just to be able to sleep, as it was impossible to stay in such conditions. Honestly, my first solo reservation was perfect, which is why I made the second booking for my father and family. I never would have imagined such an experience at a 5-star hotel. I assume the hotel was full and they assigned a room that had been unoccupied for a long time and was in a disastrous state. However, the error was entirely on their part; the modification was supposedly made a week prior, and I paid a premium price for this reservation. There's no justification for them being given such a room. We shouldn't have to pay for their mistakes."

"У нас был очень интересный опыт проживания в этом отеле. Приехали мы сюда ради теплого бассейна , сауны и талассо . К сожалению, ничего не работало . И это было невероятно обидно. Мы заранее написали письмо , чтобы уточнить , работают или нет . Но нам не ответили . Это связано с сильным дождем , стихийным бедствием . Конечно , если бы мы знали , что это не работает - то отменили бы бронь . Потому что сейчас нельзя купаться в море , и смысл тратить деньги . Когда мы сказали все это на рецепщен , поговорили с менеджером- было очень приятно , что нам поменяли номер выше того уровня , который мы забронировали. Это действительно приятно . Номер дали с видом на море и бассейн . Поэтому мы очень благодарны. Сам по себе отель - красивый . Но старый . Было ощущение , что мы приехали в эпоху Эркюля Пуаро. Если бы работала сауна и бассейн - поставили все пять звезд . Завтрак , к сожалению , не наш. Мнооо сладостей , но нет ни мяса , ни рыбы . Только мучное , салат и яйца . Это немного разочаровало . Для отеля 5 звезд . И СПА талассо - девушки , которые работают - очень приятные. Но мы ожидали настоящий талассо - морские водоросли . Бассейн с морской водой тоже отсутствовал ~ а джакузи в первый день было с морской водой , а во второй день - непонятно . Поэтому ехать только ради талассо тоже не рекомендую."

"The service was outstanding. Four Seasons class, plus. Facilities also excellent. Big outdoor pool, and nice sized indoor pool, gym, and spa. Three places to eat at the hotel. Plus, private tours of Tunis offered at a reasonable price. Highly recommend."
