"We had a wonderful stay at Centara Ubon. The hotel is modern, clean, and very comfortable. The rooms were spacious, well maintained, and the beds were extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. The staff were warm, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a good variety of delicious Thai and international dishes. The location is convenient, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and local attractions. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Ubon. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel is clean and new. The location is close to the airport but doesn't have any sounds of airplanes to disturb you. However, the pillow does not fit me. It makes me headache and I couldn't sleep till I got a pill 💊. The overall is good compared to the money that I spent."

"The Royal Suite was a lovely space. However, upon arrival the floor wasn't fully clean and there were used coffee wrappers in the cup dispensing them. Also, I had to call for room service three times so that used plates were collected. The morning breakfast consisted of a broken bread toasting machine and no milk to hand for coffees, I had to request some each morning. The eggs were not fully cooked, and gave me a stomach ache later in the first morning, needless to say I didn't eat the again during my stay. Checking out was a pain, the receptionist didn't understand how to book me out nor did she speak English. Apart from all that it's a comfortable space for a few days"

"Came to Ubon without a plan and booked this place last minute. Didn't expect much, but the room was incredibly clean and looked great! The service was excellent for the price; in a major city like Bangkok, it would definitely cost more. The Wi-Fi was strong, and the bed was so comfortable, I felt like it was swallowing my soul! So relaxing. P.S. Originally booked for one night, but I changed my travel plans and extended my stay for another night. I'll review the breakfast separately next time, as I didn't choose the breakfast option initially."

"This was my second stay at this hotel, and once again, I was truly impressed. The nearby lake is beautiful, and the garden is absolutely stunning — a perfect place to relax. Special thanks to the housekeeping staff: the room was cleaned impeccably, quickly, and with great attention to detail. Probably the best cleaning service I’ve experienced. The hotel itself is not new, which might be noticeable in some areas, but it’s a minor issue compared to everything else. Some rooms, especially those facing the lake, offer breathtaking views — truly unforgettable."

This stylish boutique hotel, with its charming French-colonial-inspired decor, is perfectly located in the heart of the city. From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was incredibly smooth and efficient. The staff were warm, friendly, and super quick, making me feel welcome right away. They even greeted me with a complimentary welcome drink—a refreshing choice of matoom tea or Chinese tea—which was a lovely touch after the journey. My room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly (nice and cool!), and all the essentials were provided: fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, and a hairdryer. What impressed me most was the thoughtful universal power plugs along with both USB-A and USB-C ports right by the bed—perfect for charging all my devices without needing adapters. Breakfast was another highlight! You get to choose one main dish from a variety of options (Thai and Western), and there's a generous buffet line with yogurt, cereals, salads, fresh fruits, bread, patongo (Thai-style doughnuts), coffee, cocoa, and more. Everything was fresh and delicious. Downstairs, the hotel's own restaurant and cafe is fantastic. Upon check-in, I received a free mocktail voucher, and the food was really tasty. The live music in the evenings was beautiful and added such a nice vibe. One of the best perks? The hotel offers free bicycles for guests to borrow—great for exploring the nearby night market or city park. But the absolute standout moment was at the lobby cafe. The staff there are incredibly kind and attentive. I pre-ordered a cake in advance and asked if they could decorate the plate like a birthday cake. Not only did they happily do it, but they went above and beyond to make it special. The service was so heartwarming and made my stay truly memorable! Overall, Yuu Hotel & Cafe is a perfect blend of comfort, style, and genuine hospitality. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ubon Ratchathani—whether for business or leisure. "Hotel is located just a few minutes away from Ubon one plaza, just a short distance away from Big C. Good parking onsite. Rooms are a good size and reasonably priced. Wi-fi great...50 Mbps +. Bed comfy. Nice clean place, nice and quiet. Staff really great."
