"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Centara Ubon and are extremely satisfied with every aspect of our experience. Everything was fantastic from beginning to end. The breakfast is truly top-class and offers everything one could wish for – a great selection of quality cheeses, fresh and delicious fruits, excellent coffee, and a wide variety of international dishes, while still offering authentic local food for Thai guests. The bed is without a doubt the best I have ever slept in, providing exceptional comfort and rest. The staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and professional at the same time, which really makes a difference and leaves a lasting impression. The swimming pool and bar area are beautiful and very relaxing. Although the hotel is located a bit outside the city center, it is ideal if you have a car. It is conveniently close to Central Plaza shopping mall and also near the airport. Whenever I am in Ubon, I would happily return to Centara Ubon. Thank you for your highly professional service. "Whenever I visit Ubon Ratchathani, this is always my first choice. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean, and well maintained, with strong water pressure and all the facilities needed for a pleasant stay. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The price is very reasonable for the quality offered. The breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of choices. Although it can get quite busy during peak hours, the hotel manages everything very efficiently. Highly recommended."

"Hotel is located just a few minutes away from Ubon one plaza, just a short distance away from Big C. Good parking onsite. Rooms are a good size and reasonably priced. Wi-fi great...50 Mbps +. Bed comfy. Nice clean place, nice and quiet. Staff really great."

"Came to Ubon without a plan and booked this place last minute. Didn't expect much, but the room was incredibly clean and looked great! The service was excellent for the price; in a major city like Bangkok, it would definitely cost more. The Wi-Fi was strong, and the bed was so comfortable, I felt like it was swallowing my soul! So relaxing. P.S. Originally booked for one night, but I changed my travel plans and extended my stay for another night. I'll review the breakfast separately next time, as I didn't choose the breakfast option initially."

"My Wonderful Stay at Yuu Hotel & Cafe, Ubon Ratchathani I recently had the pleasure of staying at Yuu Hotel & Cafe in Ubon Ratchathani, and it truly exceeded my expectations! This stylish boutique hotel, with its charming French-colonial-inspired decor, is perfectly located in the heart of the city. From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was incredibly smooth and efficient. The staff were warm, friendly, and super quick, making me feel welcome right away. They even greeted me with a complimentary welcome drink—a refreshing choice of matoom tea or Chinese tea—which was a lovely touch after the journey. My room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly (nice and cool!), and all the essentials were provided: fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, and a hairdryer. What impressed me most was the thoughtful universal power plugs along with both USB-A and USB-C ports right by the bed—perfect for charging all my devices without needing adapters. Breakfast was another highlight! You get to choose one main dish from a variety of options (Thai and Western), and there's a generous buffet line with yogurt, cereals, salads, fresh fruits, bread, patongo (Thai-style doughnuts), coffee, cocoa, and more. Everything was fresh and delicious. Downstairs, the hotel's own restaurant and cafe is fantastic. Upon check-in, I received a free mocktail voucher, and the food was really tasty. The live music in the evenings was beautiful and added such a nice vibe. One of the best perks? The hotel offers free bicycles for guests to borrow—great for exploring the nearby night market or city park. But the absolute standout moment was at the lobby cafe. The staff there are incredibly kind and attentive. I pre-ordered a cake in advance and asked if they could decorate the plate like a birthday cake. Not only did they happily do it, but they went above and beyond to make it special. The service was so heartwarming and made my stay truly memorable! Overall, Yuu Hotel & Cafe is a perfect blend of comfort, style, and genuine hospitality. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ubon Ratchathani—whether for business or leisure. I'll definitely be back!"

"The service staff were excellent. I accidentally booked a twin room, but the kind staff member changed it to a single bed for me – so lovely! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a good selection of food, but the only downside was that they didn't have fried rice that day. The staff in the restaurant didn't seem very happy, probably because it was too early in the morning."

"Great location if you have transport or caf walk 10 mins to the centre. Very quiet. Not many bar/restaurant choices around. Great staff, very clean hotel, lovely rooms. Staff (as is common in this part of Thailand) don't have good English but were very nice. Breakfast is disappointing. I would definitely stay here again if I returned to Ubon."

"The Hotel was well located, next to a PTT petrol station with a 7/11 and a few minutes away from the Central Mall. A few minutes walk away was a Vietnamese Restaurant which was great and close to the river. The self service all day snacks was great to enable one to have a coffee, icre cream or fresh fruit was unusual and will return to the UR hotel again."
