"We stayed for two nights with our family at this beautiful hotel. The check-in process was very smooth, and we were able to access our rooms before the official check-in time stated on the website. The rooms were fantastic and offered a stunning ocean view. They also featured a beautiful bathtub on the balcony, spacious enough for two adults, allowing us to enjoy the breathtaking sea view while bathing. After travelling through Thailand for two and a half weeks, we used these two nights to relax — and the hotel fully met our expectations. We particularly enjoyed unwinding by the pool and on the private beach. Finally, we would like to thank Bruce for his hospitality, genuine interest, and kindness throughout our stay. We will definitely visit again in the near future."

"This hotel offers truly excellent service! The ladies at the front desk and the lobby manager were all so welcoming and friendly. They really made me feel at home. The hotel itself is new, and all the facilities are brand new too. There's a pool, a sauna (which costs extra), free welcome drinks, and a complimentary shuttle service within 5 km of the hotel. My room was clean, simple, and comfortable, and the bedding was clean, comfy, and odor-free. My only minor complaint is that even the lowest of the four pillows provided was still too high for me. Luckily, I managed to DIY a pillow with a bath towel (I mentioned it to the front desk and manager, and they said they'd look into getting some flatter pillows). Overall, this hotel offers unbeatable value for money! If I had to pick another drawback, it's that it's not super close to the beach, and the nearest 7-Eleven is a bit of a walk, but you can easily take the free hotel shuttle there, which is very convenient. Thank you for your service, I hope the hotel continues to thrive!!!!!!"

"Luxtalay Khanom Hotel is a new hotel, built in 2024. The hotel offers two main type of rooms, which are villas and rooms in the main building.
I booked the room in the main building, ocean view room. The sea can be seen from the room. The room is new clean and convenient. The hotel has the gym and swimming pool you can use for free - a pity I didn’t use them. The beach can be accessed from the hotel and you can walk up to Kho Kao Beach.
There are parking lot available (can accommodate up to more than 20 cars). The staff are nice and welcoming.
Really enjoy staying here for the night! Definitely have to come here if you visit Khanom district!"

🏢 The hotel is not very big. It is in a modern Nordic minimalist style.
🛏️ The rooms are compact and well-arranged. Every room has a view of the sea.
🛁 There is a bathtub for you to soak in while looking at the beautiful sea and sky.
Watch the sunset in the evening and the sunrise in the morning.
You can walk down to the beach and take beautiful pictures from many angles.
There is also a swimming pool downstairs of the hotel for you to swim in.
There is a restaurant and a small bar suitable for chilling out.
I highly recommend it. I will definitely go again.
The price is not expensive. Plus, the view is worth millions. Go and recommend it, you will not be disappointed.

"This is a hotel that is very well located, we have a very beautiful view of the sea from the rooms. The swimming pool is spacious and very pretty. The hotel's Wi-Fi works well. The bed is comfortable. The only downside is that there is perhaps a lack of maintenance of the toilets (faucet that does not work well). The shower is in a bathtub and there is no shower curtain so that we risk splashing the whole bathroom when we shower. It is a pity that there is no ceiling fan, because with the breeze coming from the sea, we could easily sleep with the window open without using the air conditioning."

"The accommodation is right on the beach. The beach is beautiful, clean, and the water is so clear you can see the fish. Kayaks and surfboards are available for free. The swimming pool is spacious and clean, with staff always on hand. As it's a small hotel, breakfast is served from a menu. The food at the hotel is delicious and reasonably priced (for a hotel). All the staff are lovely, have excellent service minds, and are attentive to every guest. They are always smiling. The bedding is comfortable, and the rooms are spacious and well-equipped. There are flip-flops for walking on the beach, separate from slippers. The complimentary treat is a cute little jar of Thai sweets. I give it a 10/10 and will definitely stay there again."

"I was there in the middle of the rainy season, it was rainy and windy. It wasn't possible to swim in the sea because of strong waves.
Being in the core of the low season there were few customers in the hotel and the restaurant was closed. There were a couple of option within 1 km.
From the room on the 6th floor there was a nice view on the garden behind the beach and the beach.
The hotel isn't brand new and you see it in the facilities. But the bed in the room was large and rather comfortable.
The TV was offering only a dozen of Thai channels.
The reception was friendly and efficient."

TtheandantelifeThe bungalow that we were assigned to (5) was the furthest away from the reception and the beach but that was a blessing of sorts because the ”beachfront” bungalows no longer have a beach view due to the Rim Lay cafe and bar (beautiful bamboo building) is built directly in front of them.
Our room had a lot of gecko droppings on that we had housekeeping come to clean up. The geckos get inside the room via the cable trunking for the satellite TV, I think.
The room itself was super cute and newly renovated. Bed was soft and comfy. TV was a smart tv and HUGE! Housekeeping replaced all minibar items daily.
Breakfast had to be pre-ordered the day before (not sure if it's a low season thing). For me, the jok or rice porridge with pork was fine but I wouldn't want to eat it more than 2 times in a row. The biryani and the fried chicken with sticky rice options were not appetizing, unfortunately.
Do note there are 3 bars around the resort. The Rim Lay is the newest and not yet open for business. When it does, I believe in high season this place will become packed with drinkers (hopefully of the mellow kind, but who knows). Right now in low season (July) there was hardly anybody around the bars were mostly quiet and deserted.

Breakfast was good including thai surprises and sweet delicates and also 3 choises 1 american and 2 thai
Staff was very helpful too and manager even took us twice to village to make shoppings and in check out took us to bus stop.
The location is very remote witout any shopping and transport changes. No real taxi services and if You get taxi it is about 300 bht.
No change to go swimming to sea but pool was good.
Small ants were in many places.
No real restaurant a in hitel but lunch was available limetedly up to order.
Many restaurants were nearby and even 2 4 star restaurants wthin 100 meters.
Small kind of kiosk is near with poor and rather expensive stock and choice.
Wiev to sea was is verymarvelous and balcony spacy.
Only 1 locker with hangers in room no lockers with selfs.
No safetybox.

GGuest UserGorgeous spot. Loved the little deck. Breakfast buffet was hearty if you arrived early. The only thing that bothered me was the fabric softer or laundry detergent used on the pillow slips. Had to remove them they were so strong smelling. The sheets were fine though. I think they use a professional linen service. Aircon, wifi, view, beautiful all wood cottages with a small fridge. Stayed 5 nights. Relaxing and comfortable, though typical hard Thai bed. You could get by without a vehicle as there are several nearby restaurants. Staff picked me up at the Khanom bus station, but they helped me arrange a car rental for the remaining days. And you can beach walk for miles. The owners have switched 1/2 their outside lighting and all their inside lights to LED. Very hard on the eyes as they are really just fast strobe lights. Nicely taken care of and very friendly staff.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located 250 m from the beach on a coastal road . Although in the 80s style , rooms are spacious, well maintained , well equipped with good bed and WiFi . Very friendly staff , the receptionist speaks English well ....and Thai with me ;-).
My highlight was the pool in the back of the building , with view into a lush green garden .
It needs also to be said, that there is not much around the hotel that can be reached by feet .

GGuest UserHospitality at Kahnom is top notch!! We came to Kahnom specifically for the pink dolphin tour but our initial reserved tour was cancelled two days in a row due to weather. We had a casual conversation with the owner Daniel, and the next thing we knew, he had reached out to a friend who could run the tour for us! It was such a surprise 🥹 the hotel itself is directly accessible to the beach with benches and seats available to sit and relax at night. Music playlist was also great and chill. Staff were sweethearts. The entire experience was great! 11/10 would visit again!

KKazza PA fantastic find right on the beach. The staff are absolutely lovely and cannot do enough for you. The breakfast Is amazing and what a view of the ocean you get whilst sipping your morning coffee. A lovely Swimming Pool for cooling off and great sun loungers available for sun bathing. We had a 3 night stay and will definitely be coming back again.

The bathroom has separate wet/dry zones, strong water flow, cool air conditioning, TV connected to the internet and can watch YouTube and Netflix. Everything in the room is very good. The building may look a bit old, next to the road, good parking, close to 7, great for those who are hungry late at night. There is also a hair dryer. Near Khanom Walking Street Market

Then arrived at this hotel. It's a bungalow on a beach and not bad. Good WiFi, nice warm welcome.
