"The room was very clean. The location is in the city center, close to Central Chanthaburi and the Catholic Church, which is very convenient. The staff were welcoming and provided excellent service. The parking lot is a bit small, but surprisingly sufficient. Breakfast service is available. The swimming pool is a bit small and shallow, probably more suitable for families with young children. The pool hours are 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM, which is considered a late opening and early closing. The kids took over the pool first, so I missed out on swimming."

"The room is clean, not stuffy, spacious inside, very cold air conditioner. We stayed on the 3rd floor, the water pressure in the room was good, the bed was comfortable but the pillow was a bit hard. The receptionist spoke well, the bed was wide and comfortable to sleep on. The surrounding area is quiet, suitable for relaxation. There is free coffee, Ovaltine and bread. You can ask for a hair dryer when checking in. There are quite a few restaurants nearby. You can order things to deliver from 7-Eleven."

"I extended my stay, and it was still good. The only drawbacks are that breakfast needs to be booked in advance, which can sometimes be inconvenient, and the nearest 7-Eleven is several hundred meters away. Also, just to add, they don't provide toothbrushes here, so you'll need to bring your own or buy one at 7-Eleven."

"Had a fantastic stay at The Motifs Eco Hotel. The hotel has a beautiful modern eco-friendly design and feels peaceful from the moment you arrive. The rooms were spotless, spacious and very comfortable, with great attention to detail throughout. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always happy to assist with anything we needed. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice, and the location was convenient for exploring the local area while still feeling quiet and relaxing. Everything was well maintained and the overall atmosphere made it easy to unwind. Great value for money and one of the nicest boutique hotels I’ve stayed in. Would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chanthaburi."

"A new hotel located just a short distance from downtown Tak — easy to get to and very convenient. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. The room is well-equipped with a work desk, refrigerator, and TV. The bed and pillows are incredibly comfortable — we even ended up buying two to take home! There’s also a balcony that’s perfect for drying clothes. The swimming pool is spacious, with a separate kids’ pool. The shower and changing area are large, clean, and towels are provided. Breakfast is excellent — they offer local dishes, Western-style options, and Thai favorites. There are fried eggs, sausages, fried rice, porridge, sticky rice with fried pork, soy milk, tea, coffee, and even traditional Thai desserts like tako, khao niew sangkaya, and khao niew na goong. Everything was delicious!"

Another aspect that stood out to me was the toiletries provided in the bathroom. The hotel supplies soap and shampoo for guests, which is very convenient. However, the scent of the soap and shampoo is quite unique. They have a banana fragrance, which may not be everyone’s preference. Personally, I did not enjoy the scent very much because it was stronger than what I usually like. That said, I understand that this fragrance seems to be a signature scent of the hotel, and it may be part of their identity or branding. Some guests might actually find it interesting or memorable. Even though the banana scent was not my personal favorite, it did not significantly affect my overall experience at the hotel. Everything else about the stay was comfortable and convenient. The room was pleasant, the environment was relaxing, and the service from the staff was friendly and professional. Overall, this hotel offers a comfortable stay with a welcoming atmosphere and helpful staff. While it would be even better if there were refrigerators in the rooms, the lobby storage service helps make up for it. The banana-scented toiletries may not appeal to everyone, but they do give the hotel a distinctive character. There is also a balcony at the back of the room. There are good amenities, a swimming pool, a hair dryer, and drinks and snacks are provided."
