"Very close to Porto train station. The room was clean and modern, equipped with a kettle and a capsule coffee machine. I loved the scent of the shower gel and shampoo. If you're driving, you can use the hotel's paid parking garage, but the ramp is quite steep, which might be tricky for new drivers. From the window, you can see the home stadium of the Porto football team. There are also several large supermarkets nearby. I'd definitely stay here again if I'm ever in the area."

Destacate the friendliness of all the human teams, from Ines at the ckeckin, Patricia and her breakfast fellows, Bruno at the checkout and each of the people working at the hotel to take care of the least detail. Small details make a difference to other hotels The hotel opened a few months ago is characterized by its unique design, focused on art. It is perfectly decorated thinking of all details. The room is very comfortable, including free mini bar, very large and comfortable bed, radiant floor, etc. Dan wants to stay in the room and not leave. Breakfast at the letter is spectacular, made with best quality ingredients. The hotel is located 2 minutes walk from the metro and 10 minutes walk from the center of Porto. They should have more than all the qualifying. If we return to Porto, we will repeat. Thanks to all the staff for always taking care of us so well. ¡ You are the best!"

"The room was clean, tidy, and spacious, with this particular room type also featuring a small balcony. The bathroom facilities were well-appointed and impeccably clean. Breakfast was buffet-style, offering a wide variety of dishes, though the selection remained largely the same day after day. The dining area and the hotel's overall ambiance were stylish and comfortable."

"The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. We had a problem at the reception as they told us first yes and then q yes and then if there was to pay charges from the city. I explained and proved that I had already paid them but they said trip had not paid them for it was me touched to pay them again, which I was a little impressed. On the other hand, the dryers are super old and warm up and shut up at 30 seconds and stop working up to 3 minutes so better carry a dryer."

"中心部からは少し離れていますが歩いて10分もすれば観光スポットに着きますし、少し離れているお陰で周囲はとても静かで落ち着いています。地元の方で賑わうカフェやレストランも近くにあり良い環境です。Boltが安いので歩きたくない時はBoltに乗れば便利です。部屋はこじんまりしていますが、最低限のものは揃っており清潔に保たれています。2段ベッドの部屋でしたが、荷物を置くスペースが少ないのでここに2人で滞在するのは少し狭いかなと思います。1人だったので快適に過ごせました。エレベーターはなく階段のみなので、大きな荷物がある場合は注意して下さい。総じておすすめです。"

"From the moment I landed, I knew this stay would be special. I was collected from the airport in a luxury Jaguar , (completely free) and transported again at departure, including complimentary trips to and from the city centre. Actual VIP treatment from start to finish .... something I have never experienced anywhere else. Because my flights didn’t match standard hotel times, the team kindly allowed early check-in and late check-out at no extra cost, which took away all travel stress and made my stay even more comfortable. That flexibility meant everything to me. Every single staff member was amazingly warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Although I sadly didn’t manage to catch the names of the wonderful ladies at reception, they were absolutely incredible and deserve huge praise. Special mention to Tomas — such a professional, friendly, standout member of the team. I later found out his birthday was on Thursday 4th, and I wish I had the chance to say Happy Birthday before I left! The location is perfect — close to shops, cafés, and restaurants, making it easy to explore Porto while still enjoying a calm, comfortable stay. The room was immaculate — spotlessly clean, cosy, and beautifully prepared. And the amenities were next-level: Mini-bar, tea and coffee station with kettle, plush slippers, bathrobe, bottled water......everything thoughtfully provided. I was welcomed with a welcome drink on arrival, and a fresh fruit tray waiting in my room. Nothing felt standard, everything felt intentional. What truly sets this hotel apart is the attention to detail. There is a clear sense of care, love, and purpose in every interaction and every small touch. You’re not treated like just another guest , you are genuinely looked after. I honestly cannot fault a single thing about this stay. Hotel Jaguar Porto combines luxury service with real warmth and heart, a rare find. "Location: The hotel is located within walking distance from the Campanha Train station. However, if you are walking to the hotel please be noted that there is a uphill slope. Ambience: The hotel has a relaxing vibe with a nice outdoor verandah at the lobby. You can enjoy a relaxing afternoon with drink. Restaurant/Food: The food was amazing. Simple Portuguese food. The service was great too. Staff: Counter staff was helpful and approachable. Room: The room was clean and spacious with a view on the verandah. Basic amenities provided.
