"ABC Hotel Campanhã is a clean, stylish property that genuinely feels like a boutique hotel. To be honest, for what I paid I was expecting far less, so the overall quality was a welcome surprise. It’s about a 30‑minute walk to the Dom Luís I Bridge and roughly 10 minutes to the bohemian Praça dos Poveiros, near Santo Ildefonso’s church, with its trendy bars and restaurants. The hotel offers comfort, good design and a calm atmosphere after exploring Porto. We would definitely stay again should we return to the city."

"Не понимаю восторженных отзывов. По мне средний хостел. При бронировании была одна цена, при заселении сказали, что произошла техническая ошибка и запросили 10 евро доплатить сверху. Т.к. добиралась до него долго и сил искать новое жильё не было, пришлось оплатить. Считаю недопустимым такое отношение к бронированию. По сути это квартира, переделанная под хостел. Внутри темно, даже мрачно. Света не хватает, окна постоянно закрыты жалюзями. Кому-то может это нормально, мне не понравилось. Внутри комнаты, 2 санузла, кухня. Уборка нормальная, помещение чистое. Ресепшн на месте только до 17 часов. Можно заселиться дистанционно. Не понравилась постель- простыня в катышках с волосами. Как будто её не меняют. Расположен далеко от достопримечательностей, пол часа минимум надо идти пешком."

"From the moment I landed, I knew this stay would be special. I was collected from the airport in a luxury Jaguar , (completely free) and transported again at departure, including complimentary trips to and from the city centre. Actual VIP treatment from start to finish .... something I have never experienced anywhere else. Because my flights didn’t match standard hotel times, the team kindly allowed early check-in and late check-out at no extra cost, which took away all travel stress and made my stay even more comfortable. That flexibility meant everything to me. Every single staff member was amazingly warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Although I sadly didn’t manage to catch the names of the wonderful ladies at reception, they were absolutely incredible and deserve huge praise. Special mention to Tomas — such a professional, friendly, standout member of the team. I later found out his birthday was on Thursday 4th, and I wish I had the chance to say Happy Birthday before I left! The location is perfect — close to shops, cafés, and restaurants, making it easy to explore Porto while still enjoying a calm, comfortable stay. The room was immaculate — spotlessly clean, cosy, and beautifully prepared. And the amenities were next-level: Mini-bar, tea and coffee station with kettle, plush slippers, bathrobe, bottled water......everything thoughtfully provided. I was welcomed with a welcome drink on arrival, and a fresh fruit tray waiting in my room. Nothing felt standard, everything felt intentional. What truly sets this hotel apart is the attention to detail. There is a clear sense of care, love, and purpose in every interaction and every small touch. You’re not treated like just another guest , you are genuinely looked after. I honestly cannot fault a single thing about this stay. Hotel Jaguar Porto combines luxury service with real warmth and heart, a rare find. If you’re heading to Porto and looking for an experience that goes far beyond accommodation, this is THE hotel to book. 100% recommended. I will absolutely be back. ✨👏"

"Absolutely great host and his son. Nice place ad service,It was the best place of stay of my trip to Portugal due to the host, envronment and service. Breakfast is good and does not cost much,It should be requested separately.I would go there again if I come to Porto."

"Номер отличный. Очень просторный. Но за щеткой пришлось спуститься вниз. Расположение отличное. Рядом метро прям за углом. Пешком до автовокзала 15 минут. Пешком до центра 20 минут. Напротив отеля есть бар. Прикольно И очень тихо"

"In general the hotel is very good. You have to sort out the good and the bad, the good thing is its location on a main street but out of the crowd, the breakfast is very rich and varied. The bad thing is that although it was clean there was humidity in the room and when you passed it you had to breathe normally."

"The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. We had a problem at the reception as they told us first yes and then q yes and then if there was to pay charges from the city. I explained and proved that I had already paid them but they said trip had not paid them for it was me touched to pay them again, which I was a little impressed. On the other hand, the dryers are super old and warm up and shut up at 30 seconds and stop working up to 3 minutes so better carry a dryer."
