"We stayed at Mithi Resort to attend a wedding and decided to arrive a day earlier to enjoy the property. From the moment we checked in, the staff were very accommodating, greeting us warmly and handling the process smoothly while answering all of my questions. Transportation around the resort was very convenient. You can call for a pick-up service from your room, and the staff will bring you by golf cart to the restaurant, beach, pool, or spa. This made getting around easy and enjoyable. Special thanks to Mav, the bellman, who was very accommodating and always ready to assist with a smile. The villa itself was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared with complimentary water and snacks. Breakfast the next morning was satisfactory. The view from the breakfast area was truly memorable, especially if you sit outdoors to enjoy the pool and beach scenery. The main dishes, however, could be improved to better match the overall quality of the resort. The beach was stunning, with fine white sand and crystal-clear water. I recommend wearing beach shoes, as some areas have sea urchins. Families with children should take extra care when swimming or exploring. Overall, Mithi is a beautiful resort and worth the price. Do note that convenience stores are limited nearby, with only small sari-sari stores available. Grab delivery is possible but with limited options. The resort restaurant is available, though prices are on the higher side. For more variety, Tagbilaran City offers shops and restaurants about 20 to 30 minutes away. Grab cars can be difficult to find in the area, so plan your transportation ahead. Final Thoughts: Mithi Resort offers a relaxing atmosphere, beautiful views, and warm hospitality. It’s a wonderful choice for weddings, family trips, or a peaceful getaway in Bohol."

"The room was comfortable and had working air conditioner and hot water. The breakfast we had was a very good choice and was yummy. The staff were well trained and very helpful. Thank you"

"The hotel's location is a bit far from Alona (a 15-minute drive, 250 peso). I stayed here for two days and found it extremely inconvenient. There are tricycles right outside, but they're a bit more expensive than usual. The lack of nearby restaurants and stores was quite bothersome. The hotel staff were quite friendly. Rooms facing the pool can be noisy, especially on weekends with music playing until 10 PM. If that bothers you, I'd suggest avoiding those rooms. On my first night, I didn't close the bathroom door and there was a strong sewer smell. It improved the second day after I kept the door closed. Also, the hotel didn't provide slippers during my two-day stay."

"For real, one of my all time favourite stays. The stay here were so friendly, the food fantastic, the rooms and views equally exceptional. This is a really special place away from the business of Bohol with wonderful produce and a very pleasant spa to boot. We were even very kindly upgraded to a phenomenal room by the friendly check in staff. Highly, highly recommend, we will be back!"

"The stay was OK, it was easy to rent a motorcycle to go a tour to Panglao, the area is remote but perfect for anyone who wants peace. The food is not good but there are several places near to go to eat like KAHU for breakfast and Bee Farm for lunch and dinner. The pool is very pleasant. Despite the good stay, the hotel gives White Lotus Vibes."

"Loved this place. We stayed 4 nights and it was great fpr a chill put. Good choice of daily breakfast included and unlimited decent coffee. A good menu for drinks and food for lunch and dinner. Great pool and games area. The room was huge. 2 double beds, plenty of storage space and balcony. Shower was both hot and cold water, fridge and kettle in the room. Local shops and restaurant hub within walking distance. Scooter rental and laundry 2 minute walk away. Beach 20 minute walk, would recommend a scooter or tricycle to access other beaches for variety. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay"

"Hôtel très sympathique un seul regret si je reviens un jour je prendrai un bungalow car chambre sympathique mais bungalow beaucoup plus spacieux ! L’hôtel situé un peu loin d’Alona beach par chance il y a possibilité de louer un petit scooter ou même une voiture pour faire les 7 Kms pour si rendre. Personnel vraiment gentils."

"I'm leaving this review in the hopes that it will be helpful to those traveling to Bohol. 1. Location: Since it's far from Alona Beach, I had to pay an additional 300 pesos one way for the free massage pickup and drop-off. 2. Facilities: The room was very comfortable and bright, perfect for putting on makeup. The mattress and bedding were nice, and the single beds came with two pillows, which was very comfortable. 3. Pool: The water was clean and regularly maintained, so it was great for swimming. At other resorts, I've never been in the water. 4. Meals: Breakfast was included, which was simple but filling and delicious. It was also nice to be able to order other meals whenever I wanted, which was also delicious. 5. Service: The staff were all friendly, and since it's not a busy area, they provided hotel pickup and drop-off for nearby areas and called tuk-tuks for further places. Grab wasn't available. 6. Overall: This is a resort I'd stay at again when I want a quiet and relaxing stay, but the distance from the city center was a bit inconvenient. This resort is great for water activities. I went shopping at ICM for 400 pesos one way, but I like to wander around nearby, so I moved to Alona Beach and had some fun. Because it's surrounded by mountains, there were so many mosquitoes that I think I killed about 10 a day. Ask for an electric mosquito coil to minimize the damage. This is a resort I highly recommend, but the biggest drawback is the mosquitoes."
